SS301 successfully finished their solo concert in Seoul.

On March 19th and 20th, SS301's solo concert, '2016 Double S 301 CONCERT,' was held at Blue Square Hall located in Hannam-dong, Seoul.


A great number of fans from all across Korea and overseas gathered around the venue from much earlier time of the two days, and SS301 opened the stage with 'U R Man' and 'Dirty Love.'

After saying hello to their fans, SS301 continued the show with 'Love Like This,' 'Never Again,' 'Because I'm Stupid,' 'PAIN,' 'Saxophone,' '21GRAM,' and 'Sorry I'm Busy.

The members also surprised their fans with special solo performances. Kim Hyun Jun performed 'Nobody But You Girl' and 'Sorry I'm Sorry,' Kim Gyu Jong performed 'Yesterday' and 'Wuss Up,' and Huh Young Sang performed 'Let It Go' and 'Maria.


Afterwards, they presented a parody video of channel Mnet's 'Produce 101,' titled 'Produce 301,' and the three members performed Produce 101's 'Pick Me' and GFRIEND's 'Me Gustas Tu.'

AOA CREAM presented a successful debut performance on 'Music Bank.'

On February 12th, AOA's new unit group, AOA CREAM, appeared on channel KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank,' and performed their debut title track, 'I'm Jelly, BABY.'

AOA CREAM first performed new arrangements of 'Like A Cat' and 'Bobbed Hair.'


Afterwards, the three girls (Yoo Na, Hye Jung, Chan Mi) appeared on the stage again in pink costumes, and performed 'I'm Jelly, BABY.' 

'I'm Jelly, BABY' is a funky number that tells the jealousy that girls get when they witness their boyfriends staring at other girls.

Meanwhile, singers who appeared on this week's 'Music Bank' include GFRIEND, 4Minute, Yoo Seung Woo, Ryeo Wook, IMFACT, CocoSori, LABOUM, TEEN TOP, AOA CREAM, DAL SHABET, STELLAR, Nop.K, BROMANCE, THE LEGEND, ANDA, and SUS4.

GFRIEND's Um Ji revealed her older brother on 'National Idol Singing Championships.'

On February 8th, GFRIEND's Um Ji appeared on channel KBS 2TV's 'National Idol Singing Championships (working title)' with her older brother, Kim Bo Geun.

Um Ji told that her older brother was in the middle of his military service, and she said, "My brother had to take medicines because of excessive nervousness. It is the first time for him to be on TV, and I hope that it would become a fun experience for him."


Um Ji and Um Ji's older brother performed a song of The Classic, and surprised the audiences with their beautiful harmony.

Meanwhile, EXID's Sol Ji presented a powerful performance with her older brother on the program.

K-Pop girl group GFRIEND made their first #1 debut on a TV show.

On February 2nd, GFRIEND's new title track, 'ROUGH,' was announced as the #1 song of the week on channel SBS MTV's 'The Show.'

On June 1, his agency WIDMAY said, “Hong Jong Hyun will host ‘2016 Dream Concert’ that will be held at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Mapo-gu, Seoul on June 4.”

Based on his experiences in SBS ‘Inkigayo’, he will host the event fluently with Leeteuk and Kim So Hyun.

‘Dream Concert’ was to give dream and wish to adolescents in Korea and this is its 22nd year. This year, EXO, Red Velvet, GFRIEND, Lovelyz, BTOB, B1A4, Taemin of SHINee, VIXX, MAMAMOO and others will attend to perform.

‘Suwon K-pop Super Concert’ is to commemorate this year was assigned as the year of visiting Suwon. EXO, I.O.I, TWICE, Jonghyun, SEVENTEEN, GFRIEND, EXID, MAMAMOO and others will join the event to perform. MCs will be Yerin of GFRIEND and Zhou Mi of Super Junior M.

The first set of lineup for 'The 22nd 2016 Dream Concert' has been unveiled.

'The 22nd 2016 Dream Concert,' hosted by Korea Entertainment Producer's Association and sponsored by Ministry of Culture, Sport, and Tourism, will be held at Seoul World Cup Stadium on June 4th.

'Dream Concert' is an annual event hosted by Korea Entertainment Producer's Association, and a great number of top K-Pop artists participate.

'Dream Concert' is widely recognized as one of the most representative and widely beloved concerts of Korea, and the concert receives full attention from a great number of different K-Pop fans at overseas as well.

The first set of lineup include EXO (SM Entertainment), SHINee's Tae Min (SM Entertainment), Red Velvet (SM Entertainment), B1A4 (WM Entertainment), OH MY GIRL (WM Entertainment), VIXX (Jellyfish Entertainment), BTOB (Cube Entertainment), T-ara (MBK Entertainment), GFRIEND (Source Music), HALO (Hi Star), SEVENTEEN (Pledis Entertainment), and MAMAMOO (RBW).

Chinese actor Hua Chenyu recently gave his first response regarding the rumours of romance with Hong Kong diva GEM Tang, saying that the two of them are just friends.

As reported on Xinhua, the singer, who attended the 23rd Oriental Billboard Awards held in Shanghai on 28 March with GEM Tang, albeit separately, stated, "The two of us are not in love. It's not what you think. The relationship is purely platonic."

"I hope that you will just enjoy our music. It's quite embarrassing for me if you keep insisting about it," he added.

Hua also stated that he has no problem collaborating with GEM if there is an opportunity to do so.

Rumours of romance between them sparked back in January when tabloids published photos of what seemed to be the two stars hiding behind face masks on a date.

Sources claimed that the two of them have started dating since October last year.
