If you thought the love affair between 55-year-old Doug Hutchison and 21-year-old Courtney Stodden couldn't get any stranger, you would be startlingly wrong.

Stodden's mom, Krista Keller, revealed on Tuesday's episode of The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition that she's also in love with her daughter's husband. So, that's awkward.


The surprising, cringe-worthy confession can be seen in this clip, where Keller explains to her daughter, "I told your husband that I loved him."

Keller confronted her daughter about having feelings for Hutchison and raised the troubling question, "Why don't you ask your husband what his fantasy was!"

Although it's not immediately apparent what Hutchison's alleged "fantasy" actually entails, there isn't anything that isn't upsetting about this entire situation.

Just like Kanye West, Courtney Stodden has found a muse in Kim Kardashian. The 21-year-old model and TV personality copied Kardashian's recent nude photo, striking a racy pose of her own on Instagram.

"Working on a new single! It's coming out soon... Oh & I can't find anything to wear either, Kim!#girlproblems #kimkardashian," Stodden captioned the bathroom mirror selfie.

The image has the same black bars covering her privates that Kardashian used in the buzzed-about pic that caused a stir on Monday. Though some speculated at the time that the reality star was debuting her post-baby body just three months after giving birth to son Saint West, the mother of two later set the record straight on Twitter.

"I'm flattered some of u guys thought my post earlier was a recent pic! That was my blonde moment a year ago & 25lbs less! #MondayMotivation," she clarified.

The image sparked some controversy as well when stars like Chloe Grace Moretz and Bette Midler dissed Kardashian for flaunting her assets online.

"hey @BetteMidler I know it's past your bedtime but if you're still up and reading this send nudes #justkidding," Kardashian clapped back in response, adding of Moretz, "let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. Your nylon cover is cute boo."

As for Stodden, her nude shot might be an attempt to distract from the disturbing revelation that her mom, Krista Keller, is in love with her husband, Doug Hutchison. Keller admitted to having feelings for her daughter's husband during Tuesday's episode of The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition.

Courtney Stodden rose to prominence in 2011 after her mother Krista Keller gave her consent for the then sixteen-year-old to marry Green Mile star Doug Doug Hutchison. But five years on, and the mother and daughter's relationship has disintegrated.

Speaking to Radar Online, the 21-year-old star, who has since made a name for herself with appearances on VH1's Couples Therapy and Celebrity Big Brother, claims that her mother made a play for her husband.

"My mom attempted to craft really inappropriate boundaries that a mother should never cross in her daughter's life and her relationships," the blonde TV personality explained. "She really started to fall inappropriately for my husband."

According to the Peta advocate, her mother's insecurity was at the root of the bizarre love triangle. "My mom wasn't happy, she wasn't having a great relationship with my father. She was living through me for a while. She said, 'What my daughter feels I feel!'"

Stodden admitted that as a result of her mother's infatuation, the pair became estranged. They have now joined The Mother/Daughter Experiment in a bit to save their relationship and are one of six mother-daughter duos featured in the Lifetime show, which is set to premiere in March.

So, what is Courtney Stodden, 23, up to now you ask?

A part from dabbling in some reality TV ventures including Celebrity Big Brother UK, appearing in a 50 Cent music video and separating from her husband 34 years her senior, Doug Hutchinson, it seems Courtney is now a self-labelled “professional blonde”.

The reality star recently stripped down on Instagram for a photoshoot… in a tractor.

She left very little to the imagination in the pictures.

Courtney first hit headlines back in 2011 when she tied the knot with then 50-year-old Doug at just 16-years-old.

Courtney Stodden is having some early pregnancy troubles...

The reality star shared a candid shot of her morning sickness woes to Instagram on Tuesday, writing, "When does this end? 😷 #firsttrimester #baby #pregnant #morningsickness #notjustinthemornings."

Stodden, 21, who last week confirmed to ET that she and 55-year-old husband Doug Hutchison are expecting their first child, confessed to Us Weekly that her pregnancy has been difficult so far, and has worsened her ongoing battle with depression.

"My depression affects my appetite, sleeping patterns and overall perspective on life," she told the publication. "At times, I have severe insomnia and other times I find myself sleeping too much. I have feelings of hopelessness but experience many moments of absolute euphoria."

"I feel happy about it but extremely overwhelmed," Stodden told ET of her pregnancy last week.

"I'm going through a lot at the moment. This wasn't a planned pregnancy," she added. "But life happens."

Teen bride turned mom-to-be! Courtney Stodden is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Doug Hutchison, the reality star confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.

"It's a bittersweet time for me right now. I'm dealing with a lot of stress and emotions surrounding life and its ups and downs,” Stodden, 21, tells Us. “Doug and I weren't planning on going public with this so soon. I’m only four weeks along in my pregnancy. But some things are out of your control."

The happy news comes as an early anniversary present for the couple, who tied the knot on May 20, 2011, when Stodden was just 16 years old. Hutchison is 34 years her senior. The couple, who appeared on Couples Therapy in 2012, briefly split in November 2013 before reuniting in August 2014. 

"Doug is wonderful,” Stodden, who most recently appeared alongside her estranged mother, Krista Keller, on Lifetime’s The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition, told Us of her hubby in 2011. "He picks up my coffee beans that I spill on the floor. He picks up my foundation. He picks up my feathers from my big robe that I wear. My high heels are all over. I have a wonderful life, a wonderful husband.”

Courtney Stodden is "being brave"-- by going makeup-free, that is!

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant ditched her dramatic signature makeup on Wednesday and took to Instagram to share a much more natural look with her 130K followers.

"NO MAKEUP ... NO HAIRSPRAY... NO FANCY CLOTHES... NO FILTER ‼" Stodden, 21, captioned a barefaced selfie. "Just me. #BeingBrave."

Brave, indeed!

Shortly after, the model -- who married Lie to Me actor Doug Hutchison when she was just 16 -- shared another barefaced post, this time in video form.

Earlier this month, Stodden made headlines again when she posted a photo of herself completely naked in a bathroom with only two black bars covering her private parts. The pic was her take on the controversial selfie originally posted by Kim Kardashian West.
