On April 18, the group’s agency Star Empire said that ZE:A J, which organized with three members Kevin, Jung Hee Cheol and Kim Dong Jun, will release a new album and start its activity in Japan.


In 2015, the unit was organized with five members, Kevin, Jung Hee Cheol, Kim Dong Jun, Kim Tae Heon and Ha Min Woo. It released ‘Roulette’ and other songs and performed various activities in Japan and China. Continuously, because Ha Min Woo and Kim Tae Heon went to serve in the army at the end of 2015, the unit reorganized with three members. 

Its third Japanese album ‘Just Tonight’ is a mini album includes the title song ‘Just Tonight’, which Kim Dong Jun participated in producing, ‘Eyes On You’ and other solo songs of each member. Particularly, all members participated in song writing, lyrics writing and producing the album and it is increasing people’s expectation.


The agency said, “ZE:A will continue its album activity with the unit. Members are participating in song writing and lyrics writing and increasing the completeness of the album. Please give a great attention to the group’s music activity along with its movie, drama and variety activities.\"

SS301 successfully finished their solo concert in Seoul.

On March 19th and 20th, SS301's solo concert, '2016 Double S 301 CONCERT,' was held at Blue Square Hall located in Hannam-dong, Seoul.


A great number of fans from all across Korea and overseas gathered around the venue from much earlier time of the two days, and SS301 opened the stage with 'U R Man' and 'Dirty Love.'

After saying hello to their fans, SS301 continued the show with 'Love Like This,' 'Never Again,' 'Because I'm Stupid,' 'PAIN,' 'Saxophone,' '21GRAM,' and 'Sorry I'm Busy.

The members also surprised their fans with special solo performances. Kim Hyun Jun performed 'Nobody But You Girl' and 'Sorry I'm Sorry,' Kim Gyu Jong performed 'Yesterday' and 'Wuss Up,' and Huh Young Sang performed 'Let It Go' and 'Maria.

“The role gave me a burden. It was different than existing first love. Soo Ok received love from her guy friends and also from her female friend Gil Ja. I wanted to make the role become a character that cannot help loving even from female friends. The character is pure, but there are circumstances that some of her act might turn out to make someone misunderstand. So, I carefully created the character. I poured my best effort to make the role looks pure, honest, strong and pretty even it is seen by the female audience.”

It was the 14th time for me to play ‘ajumma’ (a Korean word for married woman). It is nothing special, because I began my acting career after my marriage. However, I try to add a twist to the character because people seem to expect to see me as a talkative and rough ajumma.”

The launching trailer starts out by showing people boarding the train to Busan at Seoul Station, and moves on to show the people struggling to survive from the disaster. The incident commences with an ambush of unidentified figures, and the situation quickly spreads to surrounding areas.

Gong Yoo, Jugn Yoo Mi, Ma Dong Seok, Choi Woo Shik, Ahn So Hee, Kim Eui Sung, and Kim Soo Ahn have played in the film as lead roles, and a great number of movie fans are showing even greater anticipation for the film now.

‘Train To Busan’ is a new film directed by director Yeon Sang Ho, and the film is getting a great number of high compliments from global movie fans already. ‘Train To Busan’ was invited to ‘The 69th Cannes International Film Festival’ recently, and Gong Yoo, Jung Yoo Mi, and Kim Soo Ahn will attend the festival together soon.

BEAST's Yong Jun Hyun successfully finished the first solo concert of his career.

On May 6th, BEAST's Yong Jun Hyung held the first solo concert of his life in Seoul under the title of 'Yong Jun Hyung - 1st MINI LIVE.' Yong Jun Hyung held two shows, at 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM, and met up with approximately one thousand fans in total. All of the tickets for the two shows were completely sold out just in three minutes, and the fans attended the concert with huge excitement even under poor weather condition.

Yong Jun Hyung prepared the concert as a loving return for his fans, and he held the concert without any written scripts and photo or video recording restrictions.
