The Easter Bust! Ariel Winter proudly showed some skin on Sunday in a holiday message for her 1.6 million Instagram followers. The Modern Family star, 18, posted a photo of herself in a dangerously low-cut white mini-dress that flashed plenty of cleavage.


"#HappyEaster," she captioned the racy shot.

The teen went public with her decision to undergo breast reduction surgery last August. She received some online criticism earlier this year after showing her scars from the surgery on the red carpet at the SAG Awards.


"I knew I had scars, but it didn't even cross my mind that I should cover them," she told ET of the backlash at the time. "It really bothered me when online I was getting a lot of criticism for having my scars out."

As she posed happily on the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Ariel Winter didn’t care that the scars of her recent breast reduction were on show. She wasn’t ashamed of them, in fact she was proud to show off an aspect of her body journey. But not everyone agreed and the young actress was criticised online for putting them on display. Though she hit back at the body shamers at the time, the 18-year-old Modern Family actress has been slammed once again, this time by her estranged mother.

Crystal Workman hasn’t spoken to her daughter in more than three years, but in an interview with Inside Edition the mother has hit out at her daughter’s decision to undergo breast reductions surgery at just 18, and then to “flaunt her scars” months later.

Last June Ariel had her breasts reduced from a size 32F to a 34D, in a decision she says has changed her life for the better after suffering years of back pain. The surgery came just a month after Ariel was emancipated from her mum and the pair have had no contact since, but that hasn’t stopped Crystal speaking out about the way her daughter has chosen to live her life.

“I don’t think anyone at that age should be cutting into their breasts,” she told Inside Edition.

“I am surprised she did it so young and that the doctor did it for her so young.”


Crystal then went on to criticise her daughter’s decision not to cover her scars on the red carpet.

“I’m sorry, I just think this is inappropriate,” she continued. “She should never be embarrassed of her scars but she shouldn’t be flaunting them.”

In the past Ariel has openly defended herself against haters who slammed her for revealing her surgery scars. “Guys there is a reason I didn’t make an effort to cover up my scars! They are a part of me and I’m not ashamed of them at all,” she wrote on Twitter.

But it seems the actress won’t be responding to her mother’s comments any time soon. Ariel’s spokesman told the magazine: “As we’ve stated previously, Ariel is happy and in a great place. We will not comment any further.”

And the recent pictures of her enjoying Coachella with her boyfriend, Laurent Claude Caudette, in a bralet and tiny denim shorts seem proof of that. Sometimes pictures can speak a thousand words. Right Ariel?

Modern Family star Ariel Winter has been known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to fashion, and her latest outfit choice is no different.

The 19-year-old has went a tad risqué wearing a slashed white t-shirt and braless exposing her underboob paired with low-cut red tracksuit pants showing off her midriff during a shopping trip in L.A.

Ariel and her boyfriend Levi Meadon, 30, walked with some male companions and stopped off at a baby store.

She appeared confident in the revealing outfit that left very little to the imagination.

This outcomes comes after Ariel took to INstagram to defend herself against "body shaming" Internet trolls who slammed her revealing outfits.

"Something I wish people would realise…I am not TRYING to be featured on Snapchat, I am not trying to be pap'd everywhere I do, I am literally just LIVING and unfortunately, I can't do that without paparazzi following me around everyday,” she wrote.

The note continued, “I'm not trying to show you my ass in shorts when I go to the grocery store. I'm trying to live my life. People wear shorts. People have wardrobe malfunctions. No one is perfect.”

Her mother Crystal Workman also lashed out at her daughters risqué dress sense in an interview that was published on Tuesday.

Speaking with Inside Edition, Crystal slammed her daughter’s sense of style saying: “I just want to see her have respect for herself and have some class.”

There is one specific photo of Ariel in a bikini posted back in April 2016 that seemed to bother Crystal.

The fiery color choice is certainly a far cry from the 18-year-old actress' recent jet-black look, which she recently rocked on the red carpet at The Dream Builders Project's charity gala in New York City last week.

Looking good shouldn’t ever come at a cost, but it appears to for Sofia Vergara. The “Modern Family” star, who’s known for her figure-hugging wardrobe, has revealed that she really does suffer for fashion – so much so that she bleeds after red carpet events because her frocks are so tight.


“People will say that I wear the same thing on the red carpet, but I know my body; it’s very voluptuous and I’ve got the boobs of a stripper,” the 43-year-old told Net-a-Porter’s magazine, THE EDIT.

Confidently flaunting her scars at the SAG awards last weekend, she admitted that she had choosen a dress that wouldn’t hide her scars. But vile Twitter trolls weren’t happy about her exposing them, leading the star to take to Twitter to defend herself.

Ariel Winter is no longer a little girl.

The Modern Family actress turned 18 on Jan. 28 and celebrated with a huge party — 300 guests! — that was Moroccan-themed with belly dancers and guys dressed like Aladdin. She shared a photo of her party outfit Thursday on Instagram. Considering the theme, she was festively attired in the form-fitting and sparkly Charbel Zoe bodysuit, which hugged her curves and accentuated her legs.

Winter, who showed off front and back views on Instagram, talked a little bit about her party to E! News at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday. “We had a lot of cool things” at the party, she said. “My cake was awesome!” As far as the massive guest list, she quipped, “That’s insane right?!”

Winter and Gaudette enjoyed their own night out together to celebrate her birthday (and their reconciliation?). A catsuit, with a tie-up front, was mandatory for that evening of fun — and smooches.

Last year, Winter said she decided to have her naturally 32F breasts reduced to a 34D. She told Glamour at the time that the decision immediately empowered her to be more adventurous with her fashion choices: “Now I can wear all styles of dresses and all styles of things! I don’t always have to pick the tightest, most form-fitting dress I can find. I can pick something else and still feel good about myself. I couldn’t do that before. I’m excited to finally actually feel confident and not just appear confident.”

Winter underwent breast reduction surgery to go from a 32F to a 34D last June. "I got it for myself," she told Glamour in August 2015. "I can’t even really put it into words about how amazing it feels to really feel right."

The actress, who recently reunited with boyfriend Laurent Gaudette after the two seemed to split in December, added that finally, she was excited to get dressed up. "Now I can wear all styles of dresses and all styles of things!" Winter said. "I don’t always have to pick the tightest, most formfitting dress I can find… I’m excited to finally actually feel confident and not just appear confident."

Clearly, her confidence levels are through the roof! Winter donned a plunging burgundy bodysuit with a lace bra for a date night with Gaudette on January 31, the night after the 2016 SAG Awards.
