Kate Middleton may be the future Queen of the UK, but it’s English rose Kate Moss who’s always owned the crown when it comes to rock n’ roll. 


       The iconic supermodel stars in a new music video for the British experimental rock group Massive Attack. It’s for a track off of their new EP called “Ritual Spirit,” which is the first release from the trip-hop act since 2011.

  The clip features Moss doing some, well, trippy dancing underneath a dim light that - according to her longtime friend, Massive Attack’s Robert “3D” Del Naja - was her own concept. 

       He says in a press release: “During the session, Kate was dancing in the dark, lighting herself with a naked bulb. She perfectly captured the essence of this track… intimate and ritualistic. We edited it back in Bristol to keep it raw with no re-touching, I didn’t want to lose the spirit of that moment.”
       (Massive Attack also released a video from the Ritual Spirit EP last month featuring Gone Girl actress Rosamund Pike).

       This one bears a similar stylistic resemblance to another music video featuring the fashion icon: the White Stripes’ 2009 clip for “I Just Don’t Know What To Do With Myself,” which was directed by Sofia Coppola.

Britney Spears has graced celebrity photographer Mario Testino photo series wrapped in nothing but a towel. Spears's revealing photo was shared on Instagram just days after V Magazine released its cover of the singer.

The photograph captioned Towel Series 104, Britney Spears, shows the singer looking over one shoulder with a towel wrapped around her body, while another covers her hair. The photograph is part of Testino's Towel Series, which is exclusive to V Magazine. Other celebrities like Gisele Bundchen, Kristen Stewart, Cara Delevingne, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Ben Stiller have all been part of Testino's photo series, according to JustJared.

Testino told V Magazine that he came up with the idea for his Towel Series when he once saw Kate Moss in a bathing robe and a towel wrapped around her head. "The interesting thing about the towel is that, even though in it you are not completely covered, it serves as both a tool for drying and as a protective barrier. In a towel, you are clothed, but naked," he said.

"You know, Justin Bieber, he's huge, and he experiences that. It's just the way the world works, unfortunately."


"I've been doing this for 20 years. I kind of don't pay attention to it," she said. "I have my relationship with God and myself and that's what matters to me. I really don't care what most people think," the 34-year-old mother-of-two added.

Talking about her long-awaited ninth studio album, Britney said: "Honestly, I'm just particular with this record. It's my baby, and so I really want it done right."

Kate Moss can do pretty much anything in a towering pair of stilettos. But a pair of skis? Not so much.

The supermodel is hobbling around London after reportedly injuring herself skiing. On Saturday, she was photographed with a brace on her right leg while she steadied herself with crutches.

For the record, she still looked fabulous because she is Kate Friggin’ Moss.

Last week, the 42-year-old model, who rarely does any catwalking these days, was on a ski trip in Verbier, Switzerland, with her new(ish) boyfriend, Count Nikolai von Bismarck, and 13-year-old daughter, Lila Grace. The Mirror has photos of Moss and von Bismarck on the slopes when the injury reportedly took place — one of the occasions where it must be totally crappy to be famous.

On the plus side of all this, she clearly has a great nurse in von Bismarck, who was with her on Saturday as well. Moss has been linked to the handsome count, who was an assistant to legendary fashion shutterbug Mario Testino, since the fall.


And, yes, she did just get married. Moss said “I do” to The Kills singer Jamie Hince during a super-fancy affair in 2011, but they separated in July.

A huge fan of David Bowie, her 42nd birthday party was themed in his honour.

Now Kate Moss is said to be lined up to pay tribute to the glam rock pioneer at this year’s Brit Awards.

She is reportedly among a group of entertainment titans set to pay tribute to Bowie, who died on January 10th aged 69 at his New York home from cancer.

It’s expected Kate, who turned 42 six days after Bowie’s death, will introduce performers who will play a medley of the rocker’s hits.

Groups including U2 along with singers Noel Gallagher and Damon Albarn are in the running to play renditions of Bowie classics at the Brits, which will be held on February 24 at London’s O2 Arena.

A Brits source was quoted by The Sun at the weekend saying: “Kate Moss loved David and wants to be there to honour him.”

Okay, this latest rumour is arguably one of the most bizarre ways that we have heard Harry Styles will be spending his eighteen-month break from One Direction, but trust us when we say that there is actually method to this madness.

According to new reports, Harry Styles is seriously planning to help open a curry house in Los Angeles because he misses his local restaurant so much.

The 22-year-old star frequents Wasel Ali’s Paradise in Hampstead, north London, and is fed up with not being able to fulfil his curry cravings when he resides in California.


Obviously this means that the only logical explanation is for the restaurant to open in Los Angeles, with other regulars at the celeb hotspot including Kate Moss and Rowan Atkinson.

"Finally, he is considering it and Harry has been in contact offering to show the team around possible locations.

"Whenever he’s back in the UK and pops in to Paradise, Harry always says how much he missed the food in LA.”
