The troll’s totally unprompted, totally unnecessary comment stemmed from an awesome photo the model shared of Zayn Malik AKA ZAYN, with the caption: “I mean…..”

In a tweet that’s since been deleted, one user decided to take the chance to make a dig at Gigi, her love life and her runway skills for some reason, writing: “@GigiHadid practise how to walk properly instead of having a new bf every 2 weeks. [sic]”

Over the past few years, Gigi has dated Cody Simpson (2013-2015), Joe Jonas (who she was pictured out with in October) and, most recently, Zayn.

Hitting back with her head held high to shut down the troll, Gigi replied: “I’ve dated 3 guys in 3 yrs, hun. My walk can always get better; I hope the unrelated bitterness in ur heart can too. [sic]”

Zayn Malik has once again revealed some of the secrets behind the biggest boyband on the planet, One Direction, claiming that bosses banned him and the other four lads from growing beards or dying their hair.

And we all know how much Zayn loves a bit of hair dye, don’t we?

The 23-year-old singer is currently gearing up for the release of his debut solo album on Friday, exactly one year after he sensationally quit the band mid-way through their On The Road Again Tour, and he has now admitted that he was frustrated with the restraints that weren’t only put upon their songwriting, but also their personal appearances.


He explained: “There were certain restrictions in terms of the way that we could come outside of that young teen boy look.

Although Zayn dabbled with the occasional blonde streak whilst in One Direction, after leaving the band he has experimented with green, pink, purple and grey hair - also shaving all of his jet black locks off as he continues to mix up his appearance.


The star added to Complex magazine that he struggled with One Direction’s lack of “authenticity” towards the end, continuing: “That was something that was always underlying, and ended up as the main factor of me leaving in the end.

"It was about denying the authenticity of who I was, and what I enjoyed about music, and why I got into it.

Before dropping his new music video for “Close,” Nick Jonas warned that it would “require a few cold showers” and it looks like he kept his promise.

“Close” features and co-stars Swedish singer Tove Lo, who matches the former Jo Bro both in sexual intensity and, eventually, a lack of clothes as they’re quickly reduced to nearly-nude status.


The new song is the first single off Jonas’s upcoming album, bluntly titled, “Last Year Was Complicated,” and due out June 10th. On Thursday night, Jonas explained on Twitter the story behind his new album.

He’s likely referring to his split last year with former Miss USA Olivia Culpo. Jonas continued, saying, “S*** is too real sometimes… Reliving some of these real life experiences through this music is hard.”


After that, he shared his album’s track list, which notably includes a song called “Bacon.” Featuring the reliably X-rated rapper and singer Ty Dolla Sign and an explicit content warning on iTunes, it’s probably not about the meat product.

The singer was walking  to his album launch party in New York last night with girlfriend Gigi Hadid, and understandably, things got a little bit hectic.

After leaving their apartment, a small crowd of fans and photographers gathered around the couple – and in the ensuing palaver, a young fan ended up getting knocked down.


Not a great look, really.

Anyway, right before everyone was about to fall over each other and end up in one massive Pillowtalk pile on, Super Malik  stepped in to save the day –  scooping the fan off the floor and back to the relative safety of her own two feet.

What a hero, right?

And nobody was more apoplectic with glee than the shaky-legged girl herself, who ended up getting a bit hysterical about the whole situation.

It's been nearly a year since Zayn Malik announced he was leaving One Direction, and now that he's flying solo, the 23-year-old singer is speaking out about the "restrictions" he claims to have agreed to while in the boy band.

Malik alleges in an interview with Complex magazine that his bandmates were not permitted to "come outside of that young teen boy look" when it came to their appearance. "Mainly my beard, honestly. I wasn't allowed to keep it," he recalls. "Eventually, when I got older, I rebelled against it, and decided to keep it anyway. That was just because I looked older than the rest of them."

Malik adds that being in control of his look is just another perk of launching a solo career. "That's one of the things that is now quite cool. I get to keep my beard," he says. "I also wanted to dye my hair when I was in the band, but I wasn't allowed to."


As for why he ultimately chose to leave One Direction, Malik says it had a lot to do with being true to himself. "It was about denying the authenticity of who I was, and what I enjoyed about music, and why I got into it," he explains. "That was always there. It was one of the things that wasn't going to go away, so I had to go away."

Selena Gomez has reportedly revealed that her friend Kendall Jenner is not single. Jenner, who was linked with One Direction heart-throb Harry Styles in January, was recently spotted with rapper Chris Brown leaving a Paris hotel.


When asked if she would expand her friendship circle, the Come and Get It singer told Roman Kemp on UK radio station Capital FM: "Maybe not for the squad necessarily but boyfriend material is always good... none of them are single just so you know. Taylor is not single, Gigi is not single, neither is Kendall. I am the only single one!" Gigi Hadid, Taylor Swift and Cara Delevingne are the 23-year-old's close friends.

With rumours afloat that the model and the rapper are dating, the 20-year-old reality star's friend Hadid apparently wants to go on a double date with them. According to HollywoodLife, Hadid has persuaded boyfriend Zayn Malik, 23, to help make the relationship between Jenner and Brown happen. "Gigi has been talking to Zayn about [Chris and Kendall being] a potential couple. She wants them all to go out on a double date," a source said. "[Gigi] loves the idea of her best friend dating Zayn's really close friend."

After sensationally quitting One Direction last March, Zayn Malik hit the headlines again over the summer when he dramatically dumped his fiancee, Perrie Edwards, after four long years together.

The Little Mix star was left heartbroken by the break-up, which came after months of speculation that Zayn hadn’t been faithful, with Perrie even breaking down during a live TV interview when talking about her lost love.

Since then, the two have pretty much avoided eachother with neither commenting on the other’s post-engagement lifestyle, but it has now been reported that Zayn has turned into a grumpy landlord and is threatening to evict Perrie’s mum from her home.


Yikes.

According to reports, Zayn bought Debbie Edwards the £250,000 three-bedroom home back in 2014 when he was dating her daughter, but now he kind of wants the cash back.

A source told The Sun: “Zayn wants Debbie out. He has told her he wants the house back and ordered her to leave. He wants rid of every last trace of Perrie from his life.

"He has issued Debbie with an ultimatum - get out or he will take her to court.

Oh Zayno – NOT COOL, BRUV. There’s a time and a place to talk about your ex like that (usually in your best mate’s kitchen after 3 bottles of Zinfandel), and this ain’t it.

Anyway, despite the hysteria surrounding his controversial lyrics, it hasn’t stopped the pop juggernaut from storming the charts across the world.

The album has shot straight to number one in over 70 countries (!) in just 24 hours -  making him the first artist EVER to achieved this impressive feat.

I mean, we’re all going to go out and buy a copy – but perhaps we’ll just quickly skip over the shady Perrie parts, eh?

Exactly one year ago, on March 25 2015, Zayn Malik announced to the world he was leaving One Direction. Fans of the band were distraught. #CutForZayn actually began trending on Twitter.


Fast forward one year – through some very public arguments with former bandmates, a high-profile split from his fiancee, and plenty of interviews explaining his actions – and Zayn’s first solo album is with us.

Mind of Mine is being praised by fans for the variation throughout the record, both in terms of vocals and production. Jumping with ease between pop and R&B, it’s easy to see why Zayn felt creatively trapped during his time with 1D – this album is incredibly frank, moody, and complex. Not words you’d usually associate with the band’s music.


Sounds reminiscent of Frank Ocean can be heard throughout, which isn’t entirely surprising when you consider that Malay, the producer who collaborated with Frank on Channel Orange, also co-wrote and produced a number of tracks on Mind of Mine.

What a difference a year makes!

On Friday at midnight, Zayn Malik dropped his first solo studio album, Mind of Mine, on what just so happens to be the one-year anniversary of when he announced he was leaving One Direction.


"It just happens to coincide," the 23-year-old singer told Westwood One's   Zach Sang and the Gang radio show back in February. "Maybe it's a sign."

In addition to the release of his album, Malik also debuted the music video for his song, "BeFoUr", and performed "Like I Would" on Thursday's Tonight Show   with the program's house band, The Roots. In the video, Malik is seen hanging out with a group of friends at different urban hot spots. 


Fans have been super supportive of Malik going solo, with one tweet reading: "A year ago today, Zayn made a million fans cry. A year later he comes back making millions of fans proud #MindofMine."

Harry Styles is fuming over former bandmate Zayn Malik slamming One Direction. The 23-year-old left the band last year after Simon Cowell had brought them together on the X Factor in 2010.


"Harry is so over Zayn dissing One Direction. He doesn't understand why Zayn doesn't have any gratitude towards the group that launched his career," a source told HollywoodLife. "He thinks all his interviews are just to make him look like he's somehow cooler and edgier than everyone else in 1D."

Speaking in an interview with Complex magazine Zayn said that when he was with One Direction he felt like an outsider who was silenced and ignored. Last year Zayn Malik broke our hearts when he admitted that he had not been in touch with his former One Direction bandmates since he sensationally quit mid-tour in March.

In fact, Zayn went so far as to say that he’d reached out to various members but some had even changed their phone numbers on him or simply would not respond.

Thankfully, the 23 year old has now revealed some great news; announcing that he is back in contact with Liam Payne and the two have finally rekindled their friendship.


YAY.

Unfortunately they are still to see one another in person but Zayn insisted that he now has regular phone conversations with the 22 year old and they even congratulated eachother on their successes.

He explained: “I’m still probably the closest to Liam. We talk on the phone. He congratulated me on my single, which was nice. I congratulated him on his Brit Award.

"It was a good chat. We haven’t met up in a long time so we want to meet up.”

A #Ziam reunion? All we can say is that there better be photos…

Asked by NME magazine why he doesn’t have contact with Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan, Zayn continued: “I tried to have contact but nobody’s reached out. So… whatever.”

One Direction’s former tattooist has already questioned the authenticity of the inking.

Now Zayn Malik’s girlfriend Gigi Hadid appears to have hinted his face tattoo isn’t real.

The model, 20, threw it into question by sharing a new Snapchat picture of the singer – with an ink-free face.


But she did make Zayn look like movie character Deadpool by giving him a red and black paint job:

It showed him with an inking on his right temple of a bird design with the letters M.O.M, thought to be a tribute to his new album Mind Of Mine, and his mother Tracey:

Zayn Malik just added some interesting art to his ink collection.

The former One Direction heartthrob took to Instagram on Friday, posting a photo of him sporting a new tattoo on the right side of his forehead: a bird covered in a ribbon that reads, "M.O.M."

"Like I Would," he captioned it, which is also the title of a bonus track from his first solo album, Mind of Mine.


Within seconds, his 7.8 million followers expressed their opinions on the artwork, wondering if it was real, why he chose the side of his face and the true meaning behind the ink.

"It's actually cool but you shud put it somewhere else," one user commented. Another concerned fan weighed in, simply writing, "Why" with a devastated emoji.

The initials are interesting, which got fans thinking: Is it homage to his mom, Tricia Brannan Malik? Or could it, in fact, be in celebration Mind of Mine?


Malik, 23, has yet to weigh in on whether it's real or not (and what it means!), but seeing as his other tattoos are quite diverse -- he has ZAP! inked on his forearm and a portrait of his ex-fiancée, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards, on his right bicep -- we wouldn't be surprised if it were permanent.

Apparently, it's no fun being the only single girl in Taylor Swift's infamous squad.

Selena Gomez recently sat down with Capital FM's Roman Kemp, when she dished on her superstar pals' relationship statuses. The 23-year-old "Hands to Myself" singer joked that she and her friends are actively seeking those who are "boyfriend material."


"[We're holding auditions] maybe not for the squad, necessarily, but boyfriend material is always good… none of them are single, just so you know," Selena said. "Taylor is not single, Gigi [Hadid] is not single, neither is Kendall [Jenner]. I am the only single one!"

Taylor, of course, celebrated her one-year anniversary with producer/DJ Calvin Harris earlier this month, and Gigi's dating former One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, who confirmed their relationship in February. As for Kendall, she's been linked to Zayn's former bandmate -- and Taylor's ex -- Harry Styles, since the holidays, when they were spotted getting super cozy on a yacht while vacationing together in St. Barts on New Year's Eve.


And while Kendall and Harry have never confirmed they're more than friends, Kendall's older sister, Khloe Kardashian, exclusively told ET's Kevin Frazier in January that the attractive pair was "dating."

"Do I think they're dating? Yes," Khloe said. "I don't know if they're like boyfriend-girlfriend. Nowadays I don't know. People are weird with stuff. So, I don't know their title. But I mean, they were in St. Barts together hanging out, so to me that's dating."a

In case you missed it, Zayn Malik AKA ZAYN has been busy filming a new music video, rumoured to be for ‘iTs YoU’, this week, heading up to Miles Platting in Greater Manchester for the shoot.

A spokesperson has, according to the MailOnline, said that Zayn’s ‘up-bringing and roots’ are the inspiration behind the new video, hence his trip up North.

Some have ridiculed Zayn’s use of capitals and grammar, with one venting on Twitter: ‘Why the f*** is the tracklist written like that? It’s making me dyslexic.’

Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw was slightly more subtle.

They are both free and single so Chris Brown and Kendall Jenner's recent catch-up in Paris was always going to send tongues wagging. The singer and reality star have ignited dating rumours after they were spotted leaving a Paris hotel in the early hours.

According to Hollywood Life, the Loyal hit maker and the model enjoyed a night out at Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris and left the venue at 02.30. Although Jenner's friend Hailey Baldwin also accompanied her for the "date", the pair were alone when they both exited the club.


Their night out comes days after Brown reportedly got the cold shoulder from former lover Karrueche after using his new track, Back To Sleep, to apologise and beg her for another chance. She called an end to their turbulent five-year relationship back in March 2015 after it emerged that he had fathered a child with another woman.

On the radio-unfriendly song, which features Usher and Zayn Malik, he lists his very detailed list of offences, by singing "I know we don't speak no more, but I just wanna tell you I'm sorry for f**king 'round with Keisha and MaKayla, for all the Georgia peaches in Decatur, for all these b****es in the elevator.

Simon Cowell has confirmed that One Direction members will be coming up with their solo projects following in the footsteps of ex-band member Zayn Malik, who is set to release his solo album titled Mind of Mine on 25 March. The music mogul, who brought together the members of the band on X Factor, said Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson deserved their break as they have worked hard during the past five years.


"Yeah, there will be more, I'm absolutely sure of that," Simon told E! News, according to The Metro. "Well, it was always going to come. You can't work at that level; the way they did. I mean lots of things are going to be announced over the next few months, but they were, are, the nicest people, you know, to work with," Simon said. "Hardworking, appreciate everything, so it won't be the end," he added.

Talking about Zayn, Simon said: "We were involved with what label he went on, and he's still signed to our company, so, he's done fantastic, and he's showing that he's a great vocalist and very talented."

Zayn had walked out on One Direction during their On The Road Again tour in March 2015. Since leaving the group, Zayn released his first solo single Pillowtalk on 29 January, which topped the Billboard Hot 100, On Demand Songs and the US Digital Songs chart. It was top of the music charts in the UK as well. The solo single is one of the songs from Zayn's album Mind of Mine.


With the success of his solo song release, Zayn said: "Thank you to all my fans and supporters. We have achieved this together and I am grateful."

"What is gwaning :) !! I can't explain the love and gratitude i feel today, thank you for making this happen (sic)," Zayn also tweeted.

Simon Cowell has finally joined Instagram and didn't hold back sharing photos with his fans. The music mogul went on a bit of a posting spree, uploading several snaps from the glitzy Brit Awards on Wednesday night.

The first photo was of himself and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, striding into the O2 Arena hand-in-hand. American beauty Lauren wore an elegant dress that featured a high collar and embellished detailing, while Simon looked dapper in a tuxedo.

The couple featured in another snap taken at their champagne-filled table, this time posing with Louis Tomlinson. The photo did little to dispel rumours that the One Directioner may be joining The X Factor panel as a judge.

Louis, who is close friends with Simon, has previously acted as a guest judge on the show, which propelled him to stardom alongside Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan.

"We've had no official conversation yet. But yeah, I mean, why wouldn't I?" Louis told The Sun on the Brits red carpet, when he was asked if the rumours were true.

It's also been reported that Louis may ask Simon to be the godfather to his newborn son Freddie. "We'll have to wait and see," Simon told The Mirror. "I'm godfather to a lot of kids now. I would if he asked."
