Before dropping his new music video for “Close,” Nick Jonas warned that it would “require a few cold showers” and it looks like he kept his promise.

“Close” features and co-stars Swedish singer Tove Lo, who matches the former Jo Bro both in sexual intensity and, eventually, a lack of clothes as they’re quickly reduced to nearly-nude status.


The new song is the first single off Jonas’s upcoming album, bluntly titled, “Last Year Was Complicated,” and due out June 10th. On Thursday night, Jonas explained on Twitter the story behind his new album.

He’s likely referring to his split last year with former Miss USA Olivia Culpo. Jonas continued, saying, “S*** is too real sometimes… Reliving some of these real life experiences through this music is hard.”


After that, he shared his album’s track list, which notably includes a song called “Bacon.” Featuring the reliably X-rated rapper and singer Ty Dolla Sign and an explicit content warning on iTunes, it’s probably not about the meat product.

Kate Hudson was ready to party when she showed up in a super sexy metallic gown to the event, which was catered by chef Thomas Keller of Bouchon. The actress was very excited for Leonardo DiCaprio's big win and joked with ET that she wanted to start a dance party with The Revenant actor.

Taylor Swift's squad at the event included her brother Austin and "Royals" singer Lorde. The GRAMMY winner was also spotted chatting with Nick Jonas, who coincidentally was at the same event as his current rumored love interest, Hudson.

Taylor Swift did just that at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night, pairing a plunging neckline with a sky-high leg slit in a Alexandre Vauthier-designed gown. 

Swift accessorized the ensemble with strappy gold shoes, a gold clutch and metallic choker, rounding out her look with a sleek bob and understated makeup.

By Swift's side all night was her brother, Austin Swift, and her longtime pal, Lorde. The trio even hit up the party's official portrait studio for a glamorous snap by Mark Selinger.

Kate Hudson is already a mother to two adorable boys, but if she has her way, more kids are definitely in the works!

The 36-year-old actress recently sat down with SiriusXM radio host Jennifer Hutt, and revealed that she wants as many as four more children.

"I really want more kids," Hudson shared. "You know, anywhere between four and six. I just love them [kids]. They're a pain in my a**, and they're the best pain in my a** ever."

"I just love every bit of it," she continued. "I love the insanity. I love the chaos. I love laughing with them. I love when I gotta raise my voice at them. I love gathering them all together. I love when I have all the kids."

Kate Hudson did nothing to dispel reports that she is dating Nick Jonas as she appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show this week. The actress remained coy when she was asked by her host about her love life, confirming that she was "dating" but not whether she is in a relationship.

Kate, 36, and Nick, 23, were first romantically linked in September when they were spotted in Florida. Since then they have been seen together on a number of occasions, including at a Super Bowl 50 party in San Francisco. On Thursday, they sent the rumour mill into overdrive when they stepped out for a romantic dinner at Italian restaurant Pace in Los Angeles.

A second source confirmed that the couple spent hours together dining on the patio and left together in the same car.

Like Kate, Nick is keeping his cards close to his chest when it comes to talking about their relationship. In a recent interview with Complex magazine, he was asked about the Kung Fu Panda 3 star.

Nick Jonas is often at the centre of a romance rumour and this time he has been linked to actress Lily Collins. The new couple have reportedly been spending time together in recent weeks but it seems it's not as serious as people may think.

Nick and his new beau have enjoyed several dates and a source told E! News that the American singer has been spending a lot of time with the British beauty. "They like each other, but it's new and not serious yet," the insider said. "They are having fun together."


In January they were seen laughing while bowling and a week later they were pictured grabbing some lunch with mutual friend, Demi Lovato, in West Hollywood. According to E!, they even hit the slopes together in Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, California.

However, a second insider told the publication: "Nick is single and having fun," and that the pair are not exclusive.

Nick was also linked to Kate Hudson when the two reportedly enjoyed a very brief romance at the end of September. "It was just a fling," a source close to Kate told People. "It's definitely not anything serious."

Nobody puts Demi Lovato in a corner!

The “Confident” singer and her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, channeled their inner Baby and Johnny when they recreated the iconic Dirty Dancing water scene while on vacation in St. Barts on Wednesday. And, yes, they had the time of their lives.

This isn’t an engagement trip — though Demi, 23, has said she’s ready for that. The songstress and Wilmer, 35, who have been together since 2010, are enjoying a little R&R among friends including Joe (Demi’s ex) and Nick Jonas during a work trip for Victoria’s Secret on the Caribbean Island. The magazine is filming their VS Swim Special there.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Grey, 55, said there’s not a shot in hell that you’d see her doing it again.

“God, no!” she told The Guardian in October. “I only did it on the day I shot it. Never rehearsed it, never done it since. I don’t know how all these people who re-enact it have the guts to throw themselves into the arms of anyone other than Patrick Swayze. It’s insane!”

Reese Witherspoon, Joe Jonas, and Mariah Carey are huge celebrities, but none of them are nearly as famous as the one and only Father Christmas. At least they were able to snag some time with him this holiday season!

From winning the Miss World Pageant in the year 2000 to making her Bollywood debut in The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2002), Priyanka has always come across as bold and confident. During Lovato's "Cool for the Summer" performance, the singer took a stand against anti-LGBT bathroom laws by wearing a mesh shirt featuring a gender-inclusive bathroom symbol on the front. The GLAAD Vanguard Award-winner canceled concerts in North Carolina in response to the laws, calling the HB2 law "discriminatory" and "extremely disappointing" in a statement. Replicas of her shirt will be sold on her upcoming tour with proceeds set to benefit LGBT groups in North Carolina.

"We want it to be an experience rather than just a concert," she said. "So down to the smell of the arena, we want to make it incredible for our fans."

The 23-year-old said she'd been busy writing songs for a new album but kept mum on the details.

"I would love to keep people guessing," Lovato said.

Nick Jonas is feeling under pressure to keep fit on the road because his tour mate Demi Lovato is "killing it" in the gym.

The pop stars are joining forces for the Future Now trek this summer (16), and Nick, who has become known for his buff body in recent years, admits her dedication to exercising forces him to push himself a little harder to stay in tip-top condition, too.

"Demi is killing it right now with her fitness game," he told Eonline.com. "She looks amazing."

The two pals are planning to hire a professional to help them maintain their fitness regimen on tour, so they can deliver their high-energy shows day after day and stay healthy.

"I think we're going to get a trainer and have someone out on the road with us," he continued. "But also, every night on stage is a workout."

Diabetic Nick, 23, reveals he makes time to hit the gym at least three times a week, with West Hollywood's Heart & Hustle trainer Gregg Miele putting him through his paces, but his strict diet and fitness programme doesn't stop him from having the occasional cheat day.

Confessing his guilty pleasure, the singer/actor, laughed, "Cake is really great!"

Nick and Demi will kick off their Future Now Tour on 24 June (16) in Sunrise, Florida, but one state which has since been crossed off the gig list is North Carolina.

They had been billed to make stops in Charlotte and Raleigh on 30 June (16) and 2 July (16), respectively, but on Monday (25Apr16), Demi announced they have since decided against performing in the state to protest the introduction of anti-LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) House Bill 2 (HB2) legislation, known as the 'Bathroom Bill', which restricts the public toilets transgenders can use.

"After much thought and deliberation, Nick and I have decided to cancel our shows in Raleigh and Charlotte," Demi wrote in a statement issued to officials at media organisation GLAAD. "One of our goals for the Honda Civic Tour: Future Now has always been to create an atmosphere where every single attendee feels equal, included, and accepted for who they are."

The "Jealous" singer surprised U.K. fans in more ways than one when he picked up a group of students from school for BBC 1's School Run segment, and then spilled some personal details about his love life with radio host Nick Grimshaw.

Nick revealed that his first kiss came from one of his famous girlfriends. "The first person I kissed was Miley Cyrus and I kissed her outside of California Pizza Kitchen in Hollywood. Very romantic," the 23-year-old star quipped. "I'd just had a pizza that had onions all over it, I'm sure that my breath smelled terrible."

The Jonas brother isn't sure if Cyrus, who he dated from 2006 to 2008, remembers the kiss the same way. "I don't know [if she'd remember]. I'd have to ask her," he added. "But I'm sure she does. It was probably pretty potent."

He also played a game of "Snog, Marry, Kill" and chose to marry his "good friend" Demi Lovato, found it only "logical" to snog his rumored former flame, Kate Hudson, and killed off Miley.

In January 2015, Nick got candid with another British outlet about his love life being so public at such a young age. "It's important for anyone to grow, the thing that was strange for me was the emphasis on my sex life at 14, it's a crazy thing," he said on the Loose Women TV show. "I've seen a lot of my peers struggle with media attention on things that are very personal and that was one."
