When it comes to bikini poses, there are plenty to choose from, but there is one that has started to become more and more popular among influencers and bikini models on Instagram.

It’s been quite aptly named the ‘yank up your pants’ pose.

Celebs and influencers on beaches and by pools across the world have been using the pose - which basically looks like you are pulling up your bikini bottoms.

One-handed or two-handed, it’s been used by the likes of Pia Muehlenbeck, model Kristina Mendonca and singer Demi Lovato.

Demi Lovato isn't afraid to show off her curves.

But the Sorry Not Sorry singer risked a major wardrobe mishap as she arrived at MTV's European Music Awards 2017 in London, sporting a very daring outfit.

Dressed in black and white suit, the singer bared her chest under her blazer and almost flashed more than she bargained for as she posed for photos on the red carpet.

Her jacket and pant combo caught heaps of attention thanks to its nipple skimming design, which Demi, 25, seemed totally at ease with.

Demi is no stranger to wardrobe malfunctions, with the Heart Attack singer suffering a major nip slip at the Teen Choice Awards in 2012.

Earlier this year, the star - who regularly flashes her booty stage in sexy outfits - bravely bared all in a different variety, as she talked about her eating disorder on her YouTube documentary, Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated.

This time though, she managed to keep everything under control, only giving onlookers a glimpse of sideboob ahead of her performance later in the night.

Finishing the look with bold make-up and poker straight hair, Demi certainly turned heads.

Fresh off her buzzed-about GRAMMY performance and emotion-packed "Stone Cold" music video, Demi Lovato continued her slay-a-thon (slay-cation?) on Wednesday, performing at the White House as a part of a special tribute event in honor of the late Ray Charles.

The "Confident" songstress lent her powerhouse vocals to several Charles covers, including "You Don't Know Me," "Heaven Help Us All" and "What'd I Say."

Clad in a long-sleeve lace minidress, Lovato gave an impressive solo performance of "You Don't Know Me," which was filled with her signature belts and riffs. Other stars honoring the legendary Charles, who died in 2004, included Usher, The Band Perry, Leon Bridges, Jussie Smollett, Yolanda Adams, Andra Day and Brittany Howard. The show will air on Friday on PBS.

In the event's finale, President Barack Obama got on stage, singing along with the musicians.

After several passionate tweets about taking action for women’s rights in light of Kesha’s trial against Sony, Demi Lovato has posted a lengthy statement on her Instagram that clarified her tweets, which were taken as an attack on Taylor Swift, as well as speaking out on behalf of rape victims who may fear coming forward.

“As most people know, I tend to get fired up about the things I believe in,” Lovato wrote next to a graphic from The Enliven Project that details the percentage of rapists who are reported, put to trial, jailed and falsely accused compared to the number who go unreported. “Although my heart and intentions are always in the right place, unfortunately sometimes my passion gets the best of me and causes me to say things that I probably shouldn’t say.”

Lovato asserted that “the focus should be on the topic of victims of sexual and physical abuse being afraid to come forward with their stories.” While not referencing the accusations that she had been directing her critical tweets at Swift, Lovato noted the real aim of her harsh words on speaking up for people like Kesha. “All I want to see is women coming together and actually making a difference.”

What a crappy night!

Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato "shat" themselves after deciding it'd be a good idea to go to the Manson murder house on Friday evening. You know, just another night out for the pop stars.

After their excursion, Lovato, 23, took to Twitter to, uh, release intimate details of their frightening jaunt. "@ArianaGrande and by shat ourselves we mean we literally s--t our pants," Lovato wrote, before explaining that this was no ordinary "shat": "Except yours had glitter in it. And the Chanel logo." We wouldn't expect anything less!

The thrill seekers were lucky to have each other as they braved the historical murder site in Los Angeles where members of Charles Manson's "family" killed actress Sharon Tate and four others on Aug. 9, 1969.

"Friday night was lit," Grande, 22, tweeted to Lovato during their exchange. "And by lit I mean terrifying because we hiked on foot to the Manson murder house bye."

We wouldn't expect anything less!

This is surely one memory they'll want to flush forever.

Less freaky, luckily, is this precious pic of Grande's adorable pup, which she posted just after hiking to the Manson house. Grande shared the snap to celebrate a major Instagram milestone.

Music’s elite, from Stevie Wonder and John Legend to Rihanna and Demi Lovato, gathered Saturday evening to honor 2016 MusiCares Person of the Year Lionel Richie at a dinner at the Los Angeles Convention Center. But it was Dave Grohl’s earnest, swaggering performance of Richie’s 1983 slow jam “You Are,” and the charming Richie’s own time onstage, that had gala guests smiling all night long.

“I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking, ‘How the hell does Dave Grohl know Lionel Richie?‘” the Foo Fighters frontman chuckled during his “You Are” intro. He then shared an anecdote about how after he broke his leg in a freak stage accident last year, he received “the biggest muffin basket I’ve ever seen; it was like 500 muffins” from the generous Richie. “So Lionel, tonight I didn’t bring you a muffin basket, but I brought you this [song],” he said, before serenading a delighted, dancing Richie.

“How cool was that? The guy from Nirvana just sang ‘You Are’!” exclaimed the evening’s host, Jimmy Kimmel.“Those must have been good muffins.”

Music's biggest stars weren't reading their fan mail on Sunday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live.

After the GRAMMY Awards, everyone from Blake Shelton to Meghan Trainor read off messages from their biggest haters in a new edition of "Mean Tweets."

"If I could choose one piece of sh** to punch in the face, it would be Blake Shelton," the country crooner recited. "F**k that bloated a**hole."

"Meghan Trainor is like if the sassy girl you used to work with at Express just randomly got a music career," the "All About That Bass" singer read.

One Direction and Demi Lovato also had some pretty mean messages to read aloud. "OMG, Demi Lovato makes my f**king ears bleed," the pop star quoted. "STFU you talentless tw**. You're gonna give me a heart ataaaaaaaaak."

One Direction's mean tweet was also a little below the belt. "Don't understand the world's obsession with One Direction," the message begins. "What is attractive about little boys with gross hair and skinny jeans?"

Drake wasn't too impressed with his mean tweet either. "Drake looks like a ferret with a baby afro," the rapper read.

You can't win them all!

One reason the memorable walk-off scene in the original Zoolander was so delicious was because the late David Bowie appeared as himself in a terribly clever cameo. Playing a star referee during the famously absurd modeling competition between Derek (Ben Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson), Bowie’s bit part was one of many by celebrities of the day, including Tyrese, Christian Slater, Lil’ Kim, and even not-yet-presidential-candidate Donald Trump. This time around in Zoolander 2, Stiller (who also wrote and directed both films) has doubled down on the gimmick with a movie so packed with recognizable faces, it may very well break an all-time record for celebrity walk-ons.

Dead Pop Stars
Justin Bieber’s cameo was part of the plot setup, his movie death confirmed in teaser material well before the sequel opened in theaters. But other dying-celeb selfies, like the one snapped by the Biebs, flash onscreen when reviewed by Interpol agent Valentina (Penélope Cruz). Keep your eyes peeled for images of Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Lenny Kravitz, and Usher.

Stars, Spotted
Other stars appear quickly, some of whom flash across the screen so fast, they’re easy to miss: Olivia Munn, Joe Jonas, singer Susan Boyle, ice skater Johnny Weir, rapper A$AP Rocky, and music producer Skrillex.

Drop-In Philosophizers
Katy Perry and Neil Degrasse Tyson show up quite randomly, conveniently helping Derek and Hansel ponder the meaning of their existence.

Fresh off the surprise release of her newest album Anti, Rihanna will join the lineup of musicians performing at a tribute concert for singer Lionel Richie on Feb. 13 in Los Angeles, according to an announcement released Thursday from the Recording Academy, the organization behind the Grammy Awards.

Lionel Richie is 2016's MusiCares Person of the Year — MusiCares is a foundation connected to the Recording Academy — and the concert held in his honor is part of a week of events leading up to the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. Rihanna joins Usher, Stevie Wonder, Pharrell Williams, John Legend, Demi Lovato and Ellie Goulding, who are all among the artists scheduled to perform at the tribute concert.

Jimmy Kimmel will host the tribute concert, which will honor Richie for his "significant creative achievements and career-spanning charitable contributions." Additional performers include Yolanda Adams, Dave Grohl, Leon Bridges, Chris Stapleton, Florence Welch, Lenny Kravitz, Lady Antebellum, the Roots and Luke Bryan.

Rihanna will likely command lots of attention at the concert – So far it's scheduled to be her first live performance since Anti was released. It remains to be seen whether Rihanna will perform any of her new songs at the tribute.

Nick Jonas is often at the centre of a romance rumour and this time he has been linked to actress Lily Collins. The new couple have reportedly been spending time together in recent weeks but it seems it's not as serious as people may think.

Nick and his new beau have enjoyed several dates and a source told E! News that the American singer has been spending a lot of time with the British beauty. "They like each other, but it's new and not serious yet," the insider said. "They are having fun together."

In January they were seen laughing while bowling and a week later they were pictured grabbing some lunch with mutual friend, Demi Lovato, in West Hollywood. According to E!, they even hit the slopes together in Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, California.

However, a second insider told the publication: "Nick is single and having fun," and that the pair are not exclusive.

Nick was also linked to Kate Hudson when the two reportedly enjoyed a very brief romance at the end of September. "It was just a fling," a source close to Kate told People. "It's definitely not anything serious."

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama have extended their wolfpack – literally.

The From Dusk Til Dawn star rang in his 36th birthday with a trip to a wolf sanctuary in Lucerne Valley, California, on Saturday, and Lovato excitedly documented the wild adventure on Instagram.

“Spent the day at Wolf Mountain sanctuary. It was unbelievable,” the 23-year-old singer wrote of the volunteer-run organization, which currently cares for 11 wolves. “I fell in love with the wolves there and wish I could spend more time with these beautiful, spiritual creatures. ❤❤❤.”

The visit comes just one month after the couple lost Valderrama’s beloved Doberman Pinscher, Spawn.

Lovato posted several pictures of herself and Valderrama getting close to the beautiful canines.

Even Lovato’s younger sister, Madison De La Garza, was there to help Valderrama celebrate his big day.

Don’t hate Demi Lovato because she’s “Confident.”

It’s been an uphill battle when it comes to the singer feeling comfortable in her own skin. Now that she does and she’s showing more of it, she’s getting crap for it.

“I’ll have people who are like, ‘Stop talking about eating disorders. Like, we get it. You struggled. Now shut up,’” the 23-year-old songstress, who sought treatment for bulimia, cutting, and substance abuse in 2010, told Allure in its February issue. “I’m sure they get tired of reading about it, because I get tired of talking about it, but this summer I started wearing sexier stuff, and I got some hate for that — like, 'You’ve changed.’ It’s like, What’s wrong with being confident enough to wear this?”

The singer, who has been on a fitness kick for the last few years and has seen great results, has turned up the heat on her wardrobe over the last six months. She’s been rocking a lot of leather, low-cut tops, tanks, short hemlines, and hot pants. Hey, if you got it flaunt it, right?

#BaeGoals! Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama marked a special milestone on Sunday: It was their sixth anniversary of dating.

The “Confident” singer, 23, took to Instagram to share a sweet snapshot with the That ‘70s Show alum, 35, to mark the occasion. They were sharing a snuggle in bed. Lovato kept the caption simple, “6,” and added a heart.

(Photo: Instagram)

A second post showed a cute photo of Demi and Wilmer from each year they have been together. It spanned from when they met — at a Voto Latino event in 2010 — to a ski trip they took last week when they shared a mountaintop smooch or at least tried to.

Today may be Zayn Malik’s 23rd birthday—but it’s us who’re getting the real present.

The world’s finest ex-boy bander just landed his first cover of L’Uomo Vogue, in a spread photographed by Noted Fashion Photographer Ellen Von Unwerth and styled by Rushka Bergman.

Photo: @luomovogue/Instagram

Malik is actually one of several famous guys to land the L’Uomo Vogue ‘Big in 2016′ cover—Adam Driver and Ben Stiller are two others—but for all intents and purposes, he’s the only one who matters. In terms of… everything, really.

If more half-naked pics of Mr. Malik are truly what’ll be big in ‘16… we’ll take it. Plus, his cover shot looks like he was auditioning for The Bachelor at Demi Lovato’s “Cool For the Summer” album shoot. That’s never a bad thing.

Oh, um… Hey, Gigi. Sorry.

Though I am aware of the backlash this article might receive from the ‘modern’ reader, I won’t hold myself from writing it. So this is what happened the other day while I was exploring YouTube and looking for upcoming movies in 2016 -the trailer of Kya Kool Hai Hum 3 showed up as a suggestion. I didn’t quite realize how uncomfortable this trailer might make me till my little nephew joined me and his curious questions compelled me to shut down my laptop.

In this era of entertainment globalization, the wrong message is all over the place when a pop diva like Demi Lovato bares it all for the cover shoot of her album Confident, and Kylie Jenner poses for a magazine sporting leather trousers that cover everything but the derriere.

For a few movies like Love, Sex Aur Dhoka or Majhi, the love making scenes were indeed an integral part of the story-line, and the makers have done justice to their craft. On the other hand, when the Hate Story series fails to register its arrival and departure at the theaters, or in our memories, it proves that excessive splurge of the ‘F’ word from an untrained mouth accompanied by overflow of lust

Nobody puts Demi Lovato in a corner!

The “Confident” singer and her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, channeled their inner Baby and Johnny when they recreated the iconic Dirty Dancing water scene while on vacation in St. Barts on Wednesday. And, yes, they had the time of their lives.

This isn’t an engagement trip — though Demi, 23, has said she’s ready for that. The songstress and Wilmer, 35, who have been together since 2010, are enjoying a little R&R among friends including Joe (Demi’s ex) and Nick Jonas during a work trip for Victoria’s Secret on the Caribbean Island. The magazine is filming their VS Swim Special there.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Grey, 55, said there’s not a shot in hell that you’d see her doing it again.

“God, no!” she told The Guardian in October. “I only did it on the day I shot it. Never rehearsed it, never done it since. I don’t know how all these people who re-enact it have the guts to throw themselves into the arms of anyone other than Patrick Swayze. It’s insane!”

The year 2015 was a rough one on Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama’s little animal kingdom.

The couple is mourning the loss of another one of their dogs, a Doberman named Spawn, which came into the That ‘70s Show alum’s life eight years ago. The dog passed away on Saturday and both Wilmer and his girlfriend of five years, who live together, paid tribute to the pup on Instagram.

Demi Lovato is definitely not feeling cool for the summer.

The 23-year-old singer took a tumble onstage at the tail-end of her 20-minute set at the Z100 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Friday night – and boy, was it a big one!

After closing out the set with her hit single “Cool for the Summer” and wishing the crowd a good night, Lovato didn’t see a mic stand lying on the ground behind her. As she turned to go offstage, Lovato instead hit the ground after tripping over the mic stand. Ouch!
