Last month it was reported that Kendall Jenner had ranted to her famous sisters about Harry Styles having an unpleasant body odour in an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The Daily Star published a report that claimed Kendall was fed-up with the One Direction star’s stench, which apparently went “beyond BO”, with the tabloid claiming that footage saw Kendall explain she’d “begged” the star to “shower more”, even quipping “a little deodorant never hurts”.

Now the publication has issued an official apology to Harry for the false report, removing the original story and saying that it is sorry for the wholly inaccurate article that was written back on February 21st.

The official statement reads: “In an article published on February 21 we said that Kendall Jenner had accused Harry Styles of having ‘breathtaking’ body odour that goes 'beyond BO’ and had 'asked him to shower more’ on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"We have been advised that this was not true and we are happy to set the record straight.”

All we have to say is that we ruddy knew it, we mean, Harry clearly smells of freshly cut grass, cookies baking in the oven, a bouquet of roses, and a whole load of other delightful things - and most definitely not BO.

Harry Styles’ older sister Gemma has taken to her Twitter account to blast the hackers who “violated” their mum, Anne Twist.

Private photos of the One Direction star on holiday back in December recently appeared online after a fan of the superstar allegedly gained access to his  mum’s iCloud account.

Anne immediately closed her popular Twitter page when the photos came out, and now Gemma has slammed the fake accounts that have since appeared.

She wrote to her 3.52million followers: “Please note: my mum is not back on Twitter, any new accounts are fake.

But while stardom came easy as part of The X Factor created boy band One Direction, he is allegedly finding it somewhat more elusive as he struggles to get his big break as an actor.


Sources close to the singer tell Britain’s Heat magazine his move into Hollywood isn’t as simple as he’d hoped.

“Harry wants to break into Hollywood, but it’s proving to be a struggle,” a friend told the publication. “He gets offered silly bit parts and cameos, but that’s not what he’s interested in.”

Part of the problem could be the fact that Harry, 22, lacks any kind of formal training and reportedly isn’t taking up any acting classes, which could explain why he’s not being flooded with offers for the big roles.

“He’s not had acting classes, but he’s been around for ages and has done media training and music videos for years. He thinks he can wing it,” explained the source.

Harry’s confidence may have been boosted by praise lavished on him by movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. The Hateful Eight producer dubbed the handsome singer a “movie star” and once revealed he was keen to cast him in a film, even without an audition.

“Kendall’s holding back because she doesn’t trust Harry enough to commit to him, especially with the whole world watching. Keeping people guessing takes the pressure off - going public would create (a) frenzy,” an insider divulged to Britain’s Now magazine.

“He’s started to complain about all the sneaking around they’ve been doing. He wants them to come out as a couple because he really likes her.”

With One Direction now on a hiatus, 22-year-old Harry has been given the chance to dip his toes into the acting world, a dream he’s had for some time. He’ll be starring in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming WWII drama Dunkirk, and insiders say a link to 20-year-old Kendall would only boost his career in the U.S.

“It would also be undeniably good for Harry’s profile – Kendall’s top of her game and, in a lot of ways, is more famous than he is,” the source said.


“The relationship would help his visibility in America, especially because he’s got his heart set on doing movies. But the ball is definitely in Kendall’s court – he can’t rush her.”

However Kendall was spotted partying with LA Lakers star Jordan at Coachella festival recently, while Harry has been linked to air stewardess Megan Smith. Reports surfaced claiming Harry had been romancing Megan, but the relationship allegedly soured after she saw photographs of him with Kendall over New Year.

We all know that Harry Styles loves all things nautical, which is why it couldn’t be more perfect that the One Direction star is preparing to live at sea to get ready for an upcoming movie role.

This is exciting on a whole number of levels.


Harry is reportedly set to join the cast and crew of ‘Dunkirk’ on an old Navy ship, with the group having no access to any electricity or running water.

A source told The Sun: “Harry is used to living the life of luxury so this will be a very interesting experience.


"He knows this boot camp at sea is a big part of the job and is keen to get stuck in. But this will be tough and producers are trying to make life on board as realistic as possible.”

An insider had previously said of Harry’s upcoming film role: “Harry has gone straight in at the top. 'Dunkirk’ will be massive. He was asked to audition for the part - which will be substantial - and impressed Christopher [Nolan].

"This is now a great chance for him to show his acting skills and put himself in the frame for more huge movie roles. But music is still very much on his agenda and he would like to do both going forward.”

Selena Gomez has reportedly revealed that her friend Kendall Jenner is not single. Jenner, who was linked with One Direction heart-throb Harry Styles in January, was recently spotted with rapper Chris Brown leaving a Paris hotel.


When asked if she would expand her friendship circle, the Come and Get It singer told Roman Kemp on UK radio station Capital FM: "Maybe not for the squad necessarily but boyfriend material is always good... none of them are single just so you know. Taylor is not single, Gigi is not single, neither is Kendall. I am the only single one!" Gigi Hadid, Taylor Swift and Cara Delevingne are the 23-year-old's close friends.

With rumours afloat that the model and the rapper are dating, the 20-year-old reality star's friend Hadid apparently wants to go on a double date with them. According to HollywoodLife, Hadid has persuaded boyfriend Zayn Malik, 23, to help make the relationship between Jenner and Brown happen. "Gigi has been talking to Zayn about [Chris and Kendall being] a potential couple. She wants them all to go out on a double date," a source said. "[Gigi] loves the idea of her best friend dating Zayn's really close friend."

Harry Styles’ prospective acting career has been the talk of the town ever since One Direction announced an eighteen-month hiatus, with sources claiming that the 22-year-old was eager to use his time off to make a name for himself in Hollywood.


And it looks like the day is nigh.

According to a “close friend”, the star has nabbed himself a role in an upcoming World War II musical and will star alongside the likes of Susan Boyle and Cara Delevingne, with it being claimed that the film will be made by Universal Pictures.


The Daily Star have said that the film will be an “all-singing romantic comedy” with filming getting underway later this year ready for a 2017 release date.

Well. At least we know that Harry has the vocals nailed, eh?


The Daily Star also claim that Harry has a whole load of other acting projects lined up, including a Christopher Nolan film, which will also star Tom Hardy and Sir. Kenneth Branagh.

The insider dished: “He is very ambitious to balance a solo singing career and a Hollywood acting career.”

Whether any of this turns out to be, well, true, is to be decided but in the meantime we are pretty excited about seeing Harry’s beautiful face on the massive cinema screens.

Simon Cowell has said he is unsure whether One Direction’s status is “a hiatus or a break-up”.

The admission, which came during an interview with Billboard magazine, ignited speculation about the heart-throb band’s future.


“I don’t know if it’s a hiatus or a break-up, to be honest,” Simon admitted.

He added: “In a weird way, I don’t want to know. I don’t think they’ve had enough time to experience what it’s like not being in the group to really answer that.”

One Direction – Harry Styles, 22, Liam Payne, 22, Niall Horan, 22, and Louis Tomlinson, 24 – have not commented publicly on the remarks.


Since their much-publicised hiatus was announced in 2015, the band members have remained in the public eye.

Louis is a new father and has a record label, while band mate Niall has capitalised on his interest in golf with a management company.

Liam recently went public with his relationship with X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and is working on new music.

But a good deal of interest centres on what Harry will do next. He has new material in the pipeline, as confirmed by the X Factor boss.

Harry Styles is fuming over former bandmate Zayn Malik slamming One Direction. The 23-year-old left the band last year after Simon Cowell had brought them together on the X Factor in 2010.


"Harry is so over Zayn dissing One Direction. He doesn't understand why Zayn doesn't have any gratitude towards the group that launched his career," a source told HollywoodLife. "He thinks all his interviews are just to make him look like he's somehow cooler and edgier than everyone else in 1D."

Speaking in an interview with Complex magazine Zayn said that when he was with One Direction he felt like an outsider who was silenced and ignored. "It was about denying the authenticity of who I was, and what I enjoyed about music, and why I got into it. That was always there. It was one of the things that wasn't going to go away, so I had to go away," Zayn said, adding, "I was frustrated with the band."

The I Won't Mind singer also said that he hated it when they had to do group interviews because he felt he was overshadowed by Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne. "It's nice to have the chance to speak. Now I get to talk about what I'm passionate about.

Last year Zayn Malik broke our hearts when he admitted that he had not been in touch with his former One Direction bandmates since he sensationally quit mid-tour in March.

In fact, Zayn went so far as to say that he’d reached out to various members but some had even changed their phone numbers on him or simply would not respond.

Thankfully, the 23 year old has now revealed some great news; announcing that he is back in contact with Liam Payne and the two have finally rekindled their friendship.


YAY.

Unfortunately they are still to see one another in person but Zayn insisted that he now has regular phone conversations with the 22 year old and they even congratulated eachother on their successes.

He explained: “I’m still probably the closest to Liam. We talk on the phone. He congratulated me on my single, which was nice. I congratulated him on his Brit Award.

"It was a good chat. We haven’t met up in a long time so we want to meet up.”

Asked by NME magazine why he doesn’t have contact with Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan, Zayn continued: “I tried to have contact but nobody’s reached out. So… whatever.”

One Direction singer Harry Styles is angry with the hacker who broke into his mother's iCloud account and leaked private photos of him with Kendall Jenner. The leaked images were apparently taken while the two were holidaying with family and friends on the Caribbean island of Anguilla in January.


According to HollwoodLife, Twitter user @haarrystyles hacked into Anne Cox's iCloud account on 19 March. One of the leaked photos showed Harry smiling at the camera while Kendall has her arms wrapped around him, burying her face in his hair, it reported.

"Harry's brushing this off as just one of those things, it's not affecting him," a source told the magazine. "While they were private photos, and not meant to be seen by anyone else other than his close friends and family, there was nothing incriminating in them that could hurt him or his image, which means he's not really bothered personally."


"However, he's always been very protective of his mom and the fact that Anne has become the target of hackers does upset him. He's the famous one, so he expects to be fair game, but she's not in the public eye and that makes him angry that someone would mess with her."

"Whether or not he [Harry Styles] takes legal action is another story. He's well aware finding the hacker could be harder than shutting these pictures down online. He will consult his lawyers to see if it's worth it," the source said.

Apparently, it's no fun being the only single girl in Taylor Swift's infamous squad.

Selena Gomez recently sat down with Capital FM's Roman Kemp, when she dished on her superstar pals' relationship statuses. The 23-year-old "Hands to Myself" singer joked that she and her friends are actively seeking those who are "boyfriend material."


"[We're holding auditions] maybe not for the squad, necessarily, but boyfriend material is always good… none of them are single, just so you know," Selena said. "Taylor is not single, Gigi [Hadid] is not single, neither is Kendall [Jenner]. I am the only single one!"

Taylor, of course, celebrated her one-year anniversary with producer/DJ Calvin Harris earlier this month, and Gigi's dating former One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, who confirmed their relationship in February. According to those boys and girls at The Sun, Harry will be starring alongside the equally talented/fit Tom Hardy (!) as well as Oscar-winner and Tudor enthusiast Mark Rylance.

The film tells the story of the Dunkirk evacuation, which saw British forces evacuated from northern France at the height of World War Two.

I mean, it’s not exactly 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding’, but it’s probably one of those films you’d pretend you went to see during Oscar season.

It’s not quite piling on weight à la Robert De Niro in Raging Bull, or taking character immersion to the extremes of Daniel Day-Lewis.

But Harry Styles is said to be preparing to apply a little method acting for his acting debut.


The former One Direction singer is reportedly going to shave his head for a role in World War II drama Dunkirk.

A source was quoted by The Sun On Sunday newspaper saying the 22-year-old would also be cutting out certain meats to stay lean for the part.

The insider said: “He’s a bit of a health nut, practically a vegetarian these days. He never touches pork.”

His film debut will also require a military short back-and-sides, so it’s also reported he is going to shave off his locks for the film.

Harry Styles is taking his career in a new direction during his extended break. The One Direction star has reportedly been offered a role in Christopher Nolan's new World War II film Dunkirk, which is scheduled for release in July 2017.

Multiple sources have confirmed the news to Deadline, and while Harry is not thought to have a leading role in the film, he will be working alongside some award-winning stars if the rumours are true. Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance and Kenneth Branagh are all confirmed to star in the film, which focuses on the World War II evacuation of Dunkirk in 1940.


It is not the only acting project Harry has been linked to in recent days; over the weekend it was reported the 22-year-old had signed up to appear in series two of TV drama Scream Queens, however his involvement in the show has since been denied.

A message from the official Scream Queens twitter account read: "Sorry for any confusion, but as much as we love @harry_styles he will not be joining the #ScreamQueens Season 2 cast."


It has long been rumoured that Harry would branch into acting following his boy band career. There is said to be "a lot of interest in Harry" in Hollywood, with film producer Harvey Weinstein admitting that he had previously offered the Drag Me Down singer a role in one of his movies.

American actress Lindsay Lohan has revealed that she had once turned down One Direction member Harry Styles after he knocked at her hotel door at 2am. Lohan said she sent Styles packing as she did not recognise him.

"I didn't know it was him [Harry Styles]," Lohan told The Sun. "He was in a suit. I said, 'Well, you're very good-looking — can I help you?' That was it," she said.


"He was like, 'I'm Harry. Gavin and Michael sent me here'. I was in bed. I was like, 'I'm going to bed but it was nice to meet you", she said. "It was 2am, I had just come back from an AA meeting. I looked like s*** too. I was wearing a big hotel robe, I had a slip under it. It was not a good look," she added.

"I was watching some really cheesy movie too. You could totally hear it in the background," LiLo said. "It didn't click who he was at the time. I told my sister the next day and she was like, 'Wait, are you kidding me? Do you understand? Do you have his number? Can I have it?' I saw him in LA recently. I think it's probably awkward on both our parts now."


Styles, who has reportedly dated stars like Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, later claimed that he did knock at Logan's door because his friends had tricked him by saying that the 29-year-old was having an after-party in her room.

"The people who I used to hang out with are waking up at 5am — now I wake up at 9am," she said and confirmed that she was indeed dating Russian business heir Egor Tarabasov. "I do have a boyfriend and he is a great guy. I'm really happy."

Harry Styles is to set the big screen alight as he tries his hand at acting. The singer, who found fame as one fifth of the world's most successful boyband, has been offered a role in Christopher Nolan's version of the classic British war film 'Dunkirk', which chronicles the British army's historic evacuation of Dunkirk, France during World War II.

The 22-year-old has reportedly been offered a role in the film which includes a stellar cast lead by Sir Kenneth Branagh, Tom Hardy and Oscar winner Mark Rylance. "It is not believed to be a leading role," Deadline says of Styles' role.


The Prestige director is said to be looking for largely unknown actors to play the leading roles in the movie which will tell the story of the 1940 operation to rescue hundreds of thousands of Allied troops from the beaches around Dunkirk at the start of World War Two.

It is the first cinematic recreation of the evacuation known as Operation Dynamo since the 1958 film starring John Mills, Richard Attenborough and Robert Urquhart.

Shooting for the film will begin in May at many of the locations where the events actually took place and Nolan will be using authentic Second World War battleships for the movie instead of employing digital effects.

He appears adept at getting any woman he wants.

But despite having had relationships with Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, among many others, he failed to pull Lindsay Lohan.

The actress, who turns 30 this year, has revealed she once turned down the One Direction singer when he knocked on her hotel room door at 2am in search of another notch to add to his bedpost.

Lohan told The Sun newspaper: “I didn’t know it was him.
