One minute she was the face of the Disney channel and the next she was swinging naked from a wrecking ball, that’s how much has changed for Miley Cyrus in the last decade.

Miley recently took to Instagram to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Hannah Montana series premiere.

The 23-year-old shared a selection of throwback photos, alongside a lengthy message reflecting back at her time on the show, which launched the star’s acting and music career.

The message was bittersweet, sharing fond memories but also revealing that she had buried her character after “chopping” her up into little pieces – as you do. 


Miley started the post by giving a shout-out to her former co-star Jason Earles: “@realdukeofearles understands the insanity of it all….. Sending love to all my cast members on this anniversary …. To the world it’s a celebration of 10 years but for us the journey began way before the world had any clue who the f*** any of us are ….. There was a very long auditioning process, and many chemistry reads which really is what sold the show to the producers and channel because no matter what went on over the years (which none of you have any clue about but It was like the real world but more hormonal teenagers) our love for each other was unquestionable….”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may have called time on their relationship over her love of marijuana. Hemsworth, 26, had reportedly given Cyrus an ultimatum – its him or the pot.


While she is known for her outlandish style and outrageous stage performances, it's Miley's regular use of weed that has the Hollywood star contemplating ending the relationship once and for all. A source told InTouch Weekly: "They recently had a huge fight. Liam told Miley he wants her to quit pot. He can't believe how often she gets high. Every day Liam comes home and the entire house reeks of weed. He's so annoyed. Miley still smokes a ton of pot and it drives Liam crazy."

The pair first began dating in June 2009 after starring together in romance drama The Last Song. Three years later they announced their engagement, but they ended their relationship in September 2013.

In January the former Disney star was seen flashing her Neil Lane designed diamond ringafter the A-list couple reconnected in Australia. And the pop star flashed the rock again in late February as she landed in New York City to start filming a Woody Allen movie.

In what is most likely a response to the case of Kim Kardashian v. Chloë Grace Moretz, though could honestly be applied to any number of online feuds involving celebrities, Miley Cyrus is calling for everyone to “put the c**tiness aside.”


In an Instagram post bearing Kim Kardashian’s signature butt Kimoji, Cyrus implores all female celebrities to come together and support each other.

Dear women, you ALL are acting tacky AF! Why don’t we overly (myself included) fortunate women come together and try to create and bring jobs to other women in desperate need of them so they can support not only THEMSELVES but their families! #happyinternationalwomensday can we all put the c**tiness aside for one f**king day and love / celebrate one another! Cyrus is, of course, no stranger to a feud. Nicki Minaj famously ripped her apart at the MTV VMAs — “Miley, what’s good?” — after Cyrus called Minaj “not very polite” in the New York Times.

The love Cyrus is extending to “all [her] women” presumably includes Nicki Minaj.

Kim Kardashian divided the Internet earlier this week by posting an old naked selfie.

The 35-year-old’s snap attracted derision from entertainers including Bette Midler and Chloe Grace Moretz.

Miley Cyrus has now taken it upon herself to wade into the Twitter-based spat – by telling the women involved to stop ‘acting tacky’.

Ironically, the debate over whether Kim was correct to share the snap fell on International Women’s Day.

Miley, famed for semi-naked stage shows and topless magazine shoots, got involved by sharing a picture on Instagram of a “kimoji”– the emoji app series by Kim – that showed the reality TV veteran’s backside.

She argued there were more important things to be discussing and criticised the ‘overly fortunate women’ who were attacking Kim for acting ‘tacky as f***’.

Kim Kardashian’s naked selfie continues to divide the nation – while some celebrities have slammed her for the move that sparked a Twitter trend, others have supported her – with some even recreating the image themselves.

Mrs. O, the 63-year-old wife of Ozzy, imitated Kim’s iconic-pose – complete with black lines to cover up her modesty.

She directed the tweet to Kim K and wrote alongside it: “You inspired me! #liberated #thetalk”

Kim’s original picture almost broke the internet by provoking a huge debate, which attracted criticism from some celebrities including Bette Midler, Chloe Grace Moretz and P!nk, while Miley Cyrus remarked that the women involved were being “tacky as f***.”

Her Instagram feed is as zany as ever, but Miley Cyrus is putting most of her wild days behind her for fiancé Liam Hemsworth. 

“For the past few weeks, they have lived a very secluded life,” says a Cyrus source. “When they are not working, they rarely leave home. They often have people over for dinner, and Miley has gone from a wild child to a housewife.” 


And though the two formerly butted heads over Cyrus’ wild behavior and ultimately called off their first engagement in late 2013, Cyrus “is doing everything to please and make Liam happy” since the pair reunited in January, according to the insider.

In their first go-around, “Liam couldn’t handle when Miley acted nutty,” says the source. “Miley’s problem was that she thought Liam was boring when he complained.” 

But now the “Wrecking Ball” singer is “toning things down and acting more normal,” says the source. “She even stopped hanging out with friends that are too wild. She is very focused on making things work with Liam.”

Safe to say, Miley Cyrus is not pleased with the prospect of seeing Donald Trump as the next President of the United States.

"Honestly, f**k this sh*t," she posted on Instagram on Wednesday. "I am moving if this is my president! I don't say things I don't mean!"


Cyrus' latest social media rant comes two days after she stated simply, "Donald Trump is a f**king nightmare!"

Now, the 23-year-old singer appears to be outraged over the support Trump has received from avid hunters -- female hunters, specifically. (Warning: NSFW language in the posts below.)

"This makes me so unbelievable scared and sad," she captioned one image of a woman hoisting up an animal that appears to have been shot. "Not only for our country but for animals that I love more than anything in this world.... My heart is broken into a 100000 pieces ..... I think I may vomit .... That picture on the right is so disturbing.... YOU are not destiny! It is not your job to decide when a living things life is over .... & YOU DT ARE NOT GOD NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU ARE!!! (& if he doesn't think he is 'God' he thinks he is the f**king chosen one or some sh*t! We're all just f**king jam between his rich a** toes!"

Miley Cyrus is keeping everyone guessing amid reports that she is planning to have a baby with her former fiancé Liam Hemsworth. The pair recently rekindled their romance, and the Wrecking Ball singer is said to be eager to start a family soon.

According to OK! a source reportedly told the magazine that in view of their previous split in 2013, Miley is insecure about her relationship, and is pushing the baby idea as part of a 'plan to keep her man.'

"[Miley Cyrus] would do anything to keep Liam by her side and thinks a baby would be the perfect way," the source told the magazine. Although the source confirmed Miley Cyrus is not currently pregnant, they added that "she is out of her mind over Liam right now".

Earlier Gossip Cop, claimed Miley Cyrus "has a plan to keep her man from calling it quits; she wants to have his baby. I heard her say, 'Liam needs to cut out the little boy s**t! We're getting married b***h, and he's gonna be my baby daddy ... I wouldn't put it past her to secretly get pregnant as a way to keep Liam tied to her," the source alleged.
