Model and actress Kate Upton just shared the most casually adorable pregnancy news on her Instagram account Saturday morning. She dropped a simple hashtag, “#PregnantinMiami,” and a photo of herself wearing a red suit with a tiny baby bump. She also tagged her husband, Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander.

The couple’s fans started sharing congrats on her post right away.

“Congratulations Kate and Justin. God bless! What a precious baby it will be!” one commented.

Another wrote, “God Bless you both at this wonderful time.”

Verlander reposted his wife’s photo with a sweet message for her just a few hours later.

He wrote, “You’re going to be the most amazing Mom!! I can’t wait to start this new journey with you! You’re the most thoughtful, loving, caring, and strong woman I’ve ever met! I’m so proud that our little one is going to be raised in this world by a woman like you! I love you so much.”

The Sports Illustrated model and Verlander, who first went public with their relationship in early 2014, tied the knot in 2017. 

She recently landed the top spot on the Maxim Hot 100 list.  

“You know, I work really hard on myself: on feeling good, working out, being strong,” she said about her top spot. “Being No. 1 on the Hot 100 is a little reward for all of the hard work.”

Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande, and Kate Upton were among a handful of celebrities whose nude photos were leaked late Sunday afternoon following  what appears to be a large-scale hack.

The photos first appeared on a 4Chan thread (very NSFW). So far, only Lawrence’s publicist Bryna Rifkin has confirmed, in an official statement to Buzzfeed, that the photos were of her client:

This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.

The leaked photos were apparently obtained via a massive hack of Apple’s iCloud. They were then posted on 4chan by users offering more explicit material in exchange for bitcoin payments. 

“The hacker on 4chan is also claiming to have explicit videos of Lawrence, and claims to have over 60 nude selfies of the Oscar-winning actress,” Buzzfeed reported Sunday.

A master list of all of the celebrities whose phones were apparently obtained is circulating the internet.

It includes Cara Delevingne, Kim Kardashian, and Mary-Kate Olsen.

Sports Illustrated gave fans quite the Valentine’s Day treat when it revealed the 2017 swimsuit issue cover girl, Kate Upton, on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Shot by photographer Yu Tsai in Fiji, fans will have three cover shots of the gorgeous Upton to choose from: One of her in a barely there macramé number (where she uses her hand as a top), one in a pair of white bottoms with a sparkly silver jacket, and a final shot of Upton in gold chains, once again using her hand to cover up. Apparently, bikini tops are in scarce supply in Fiji.

“This is the biggest deal in all of modeling, right?” Kimmel asked Upton when she took a seat on the couch next to him. “Is there anything bigger than the Sports Illustrated  swimsuit issue?”

“Not for me!” exclaimed the model.

Believe it or not, the 24-year-old didn’t know that she had landed the cover until Monday … and even then, she had no idea what cover the magazine had picked.

“When did they tell you that you were going to be on the cover of the magazine?” Kimmel asked. “Because as I understand, this is a very secretive thing.”

“They’re very difficult to read,” Upton — who is engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander — told him. “They just completely ghost you. They just don’t ever talk to you at all. You’re, like, texting, ‘Hey, what’s going on? Is there an SI launch? Are we going to announce anything?’ And then they finally gave me a call yesterday.”

Kimmel joked with Upton that there are probably a bunch of angry women right now, but Upton assured him none of the angry women were swimsuit models.

Upton is particularly proud to be featured on the cover of this year’s issue, as its theme is body diversity and age inclusion. “To have an issue that focuses on that is really an amazing moment for me, because I think it’s important for everyone to be the best they can be, but not to strive to be a company or industry’s idea of perfect,” Upton tells Sports Illustrated. “For SI to emphasize every different type of perfect is really inspiring. Those are the campaigns I want to do and the career I want to have — to inspire women to love themselves.”

Sports Illustrated is equally pleased to be featuring Upton on its cover for the third time.

Though she started modeling for such brands as Dooney & Bourke and Guess, Upton shot to fame thanks to her first appearance in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue back in 2011. She was named Rookie of the Year, and went on to grace the covers of the 2012 and 2013 issues. From there, her star exploded.

“We didn’t start off with the idea of three covers, regardless of who was on the cover,” explained SI swimsuit editor MJ Day of the 2017 edition. “But when Kate was actually shooting, we were trying so many different looks on her and each photo was coming back just as great as the next.”

Day continued, “It’s a full circle moment for us. We started Kate in her career, and you know, we watched her grow and become not only this worldwide, superstar phenomenon; she changed the direction of the modeling industry. Kate Upton was really this trailblazer that lead the way for the Ashley Grahams of the world and everything you’re seeing happen that’s different in fashion right now.”

A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty on Tuesday, May 24, to illegally hacking into the Apple and Google accounts of several female celebrities and stealing their private photos, videos and information

Ryan Collins, 36, was accused of gaining access to more than 100 online accounts between November 2012 and September 2014. According to the Associated Press, he pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday to “gaining unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information.”

Many of the accounts that Collins hacked into belonged to famous women, including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Gabrielle Union. Several of the photos investigated were leaked onto the Internet, but prosecutors said that Collins was “not suspected of being involved in releasing those images,” according to the AP. The photos first started appearing online in September 2014, and the incident later became known as “celebgate.”

Federal prosecutors said that Collins, who is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, used a phishing scheme to obtain his victims’ usernames and passwords. He sent emails that appeared to be from Apple and Google, asking the users to provide their log-in information.

The celebrities whose photos were leaked were not identified as a result of a plea agreement in March.

Collins is expected to appear for sentencing in a federal court in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, according to the Los Angeles Times. A date has yet to be set.

Kate Upton has revealed she is engaged to baseball player Justin Verlander as she showed off a stunning diamond ring at the Met Gala.

The 23-year-old actress and model confirmed the news to the US television channel E! as she walked the red carpet in New York.

She said: “I’m really excited, he asked me right before season started so we’ve been keeping it on the down low for quite a while.

‘So I’m excited to finally be able to share it with the world.”

Kate and Justin, a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers, have been dating since 2011.
