The program is an annual competition among K-pop artists in various sports including athletics, Korean wrestling, futsal and archery. The event takes place every Seollal, Korean New Year’s Day, and Chuseok, Korean Thanks Giving, since 2010.
The upcoming match is much anticipated as Hyeri, the heroine of recent megahit drama ‘Reply 1988’, is the host. According to a program’s staff, she is just as good as Jun Hyun Moo.
During the match, she gave comments the matches and led the opening ceremony in a professional manner. Also, her bright and adorable reactions caught the heart of boy fans on site.
The other hosts of the event include Jo Kwon, one of the best athletes in the past matches, Kwanghee, a member of MBC entertainment show ‘Infinity Challenge’ crew and Jun Hyun Moo, who hosts many other programs. The upgraded lineup of the commentators will add a zest to the competition.
