Before the Academy Awards ceremony on February 28, where the stars will put on their best black tie looks and walk a long red carpet before patiently waiting through a show hosted by Chris Rock, all the nominees came together in a pressure-free zone for the 88th Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon.

Mara, who noted that in addition to #OscarsSoWhite there should also be the hashtag #OscarsSoStraight, admitted she hasn’t found a dress for the big event yet. At the luncheon, she wore a white long-sleeved dress with floral designs popping off of it.

Rachel McAdams might’ve looked glamorous on the red carpet at the Oscar nominee luncheon, but every part of awards season isn’t as classy as it might seem. “I mean it’s always really not glamorous when you go home at the end of the night. It’s like so sad, you just fall on the floor in a puddle. It’s so fun but you really do feel like you turn into a pumpkin — go from Cinderella to a pumpkin — in the best way,” she said. McAdams, who stars in Spotlight, also admitted that she held a photoshoot on her Elie Saab dress she wore to the SAG Awards with her sister’s chihuahua. “Don’t tell anyone we did that!
