"Pelepas Saka" has fresh faces in lead roles

Mangkin Prestij is set to welcome 2016 with their new horror flick, "Pelepas Saka" directed by Hashim Rejab where the director brings aboard a fresh cast to helm the film.

The audience's wide response towards horror movies has given ideas and inspiration to the producers to continue producing titles from the genre by including messages that can be accepted by the audience. 


According to Hashim, although his film is led by newcomers, but he is satisfied with their performance. 

"I feel these new actors should be given attention as they have a huge talent in acting. 

"Therefore, it is not wrong to give the responsibility of a lead actor to a newcomer," he said at the premiere of "Pelepas Saka" at Cathay Cineplex, eCurve.
