Reality TV star Rylan Clark-Neal will present a talk show for Channel 5.
Commenting on the reports which had made headlines this week, the star, who made his breakthrough on The X Factor, took to his official account on Twitter and tweeted: “The cat is defo out of the bag”.
During Keith Lemon’s ITV2 series Celebrity Juice broadcast on March 24, the Big Brother’s Bit On The Side presenter revealed the news of his forthcoming new venture had been leaked.
He said it was supposed to be announced in a couple of weeks.
The 27-year-old first came to the attention of millions during the 2012 run of The X Factor. His hysterical reaction when former judge Nicole Scherzinger revealed he had made the live shows is the stuff of TV talent series legend.
Dedicated Rylan fans will, of course, remember him from his 2011 appearance on Katie Price’s modelling talent show, Signed By Katie Price.
Rylan took part in Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, going on to win after triumphing over the likes of US reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt and Steps singer Claire Richards.
