But that's exactly what the light-eyed beauty did recently while at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, where she had been shooting for her upcoming film Sarbjit. The crew recently shot at the Harmandir Sahib, Golden Temple in Amritsar where they captured some beautiful shots of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in and with the beautiful shrine. However, apart from shooting, Ash also performed seva at the divine place. From washing dishes to sweeping the floors, making chapatis and preparing dal, the beautiful actress did everything that a person doing seva in the temple would do, before having food at the traditional 'langar' at the temple.
In the film, which is being directed by Omung Kumar, Aishwarya will essay the role of Dalbir Kaur, the sister of Sarbjit Singh, an Indian farmer, who was convicted on charges of espionage by the Pakistani government. The film also stars Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadda.
