Speaking about the ‘narcissistic’ nature of today’s world, the actress told Women’s Health: “We live in a very self-obsessed, narcissistic society, and it’s focused on the superficial, it’s focused on what we see in the mirror, instead of what is on the inside.
“I think that if all we’re concentrating on is what we see in the mirror, it’s very dangerous. We’re going to be very lost.”
Cameron added that the things she considers most important in her life are her ‘relationships and well-being’, where she’s going in her ‘development, mentally, emotionally and physically’.
She said: “Everybody talks about ageing, but I was like, ‘Where does it actually start in our bodies?’”
