PEOPLE report that the incident happened on April 4, with TMZ claiming that the Disney star was out driving at around 11pm in LA when her Audi hit a Mercedes as she took a left turn.

Law enforcement sources say the driver claimed they were injured, with Debby being given a field sobriety test by the police, who arrested her for driving under the influence.
It’s reported that it was later reduced to a misdemeanor, firstly because the injury was minor and also because Debby blew a .11 on the sobriety test (.08 is the legal limit).
The actress is now believed to be out on a $100,000 bail, and has been charged with DUI and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, according to TMZ.
