There's no doubt that Khloé Kardashian has become a fitness guru for her legions of fans who follow her exercise tips on her app and Instagram account. Regularly hitting the gym and giving her followers sneak peeks at her workouts, the 31-year-old has revealed how she stays motivated to hit the gym.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star revealed that it was personal trainer Gunnar Peterson who gave her a valuable fitness tip. "He taught me that the trick to staying motivated is to find what you really love to do," she told Shape magazine for their May cover story. "We did cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates and boxing."
The blonde beauty also explained that whenever she exercises she feels "empowered", especially when she notes the progress she is making.
"I love my shape because I've earned every curve," she said. "But I also loved my shape before, when I was even curvier."
Khloé explained that she has always been body confident, and chose to start exercising to stay healthy and stay in shape. "Everybody else saw me in a different way, but I didn't see myself that way," she admitted. "I still wore bodycon dresses back then; I didn't cover up with a muumuu. Today I put in the work to get the curves I have and every bit of firmness."
