Veteran actor Lau Siu Ming is set to make his comeback through Wong Jing's latest production for TVB, "Casino Heroes" (also reported as "The Shell Game").
As reported on On CC, the 84-year-old, who is famous for his classic dramas such as "Police Cadet '84", "The Smiling, Proud Wanderer", and "The Breaking Point", was recently spotted at a press event, where he mentioned that he will be joining the cast of the upcoming remake.
"I just promised Wong Jing this morning that I will do it," he said.
Although the actor's character Sau Dai Chin only appeared in the sequel, it was reported that Lau will reprise his role as the villain again in the new drama.
The upcoming drama, which tells the story of a famed gambler named Lau Sai Hoi, also stars Patrick Tse, Charmaine Sheh, Kenneth Ma, and Monica Chan.
