Drake just 614 sales ahead of Justin Timberlake in singles chart

Drake and Justin Timberlake are continuing their tussle for the top spot in the official singles chart.

Rapper Drake’s One Dance is just 614 chart sales ahead of Justin’s Can’t Stop The Feeling at the halfway stage of the chart week.

Last week One Dance logged its sixth week at number one, making it the longest-leading official chart-topper of the year so far.

It is also the longest reigning number one since Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk, which spent seven weeks at the top of the chart last year.

Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s This Is What You Came For is currently at number three, said the Official Charts Company.

Sia’s Cheap Thrills is at four and No Money by Swedish duo Galantis has climbed one place to number five.

This week’s highest new entry looks set to come from Sigma and Take That’s new collaboration, Cry, which is currently in 10th place.

In the album chart, Ariana Grande is on course for the summit with Dangerous Woman.

Ariana’s record, her third studio album, is just ahead of Richard Ashcroft’s These People.

The Verve frontman is returning with his first solo collection in six years.

Beyonce’s Lemonade has fallen one place to number three, and Drake’s Views, which was number one last week, has dropped three places to four.

Completing the top five is Fallen Angels, a new entry from US singer-songwriter Bob Dylan.
