As reported on Epoch Times, Ip, who attended the launching event of the company, founded by ATV's former Assistant Executive Director Lai Man Cheuk, stated that he will not be an active participant in the operation of the business.
"In the meantime, I will mainly work in the background. But if there's a right programme for me, I will consider to be at the forefront," he said.
According to Lai, the company will produce theatres, television shows, roadshows – mainly a lot of tourism and cultural programmes.
Ip also revealed that the company plans to absorb former ATV employees, including former beauty queen, Grace Cheung.
Meanwhile, Grace said that she has no qualms coming into negotiation with the company, although she admitted that she will be more cautious this time.
