On May 10th, YG Entertainment announced that they signed a new management contract with actor Lee Jong Seok recently.
Lee Jong Seok became one of the most leading young actors of Korea after making serial hits with 'Doctor Outsider,' 'Pinocchio,' and 'School 2013.'
Lately, Lee Jong Seok was confirmed for a new Korea-China joint production drama titled 'Jade Lover,' and he recently got back to Korea after filming his parts in China.
Lee Jong Seok originally planned to establish his own management agency, but he decided to hold hands with YG Entertainment with a deep trust in the company's methodical management system, their vision, and co-actors' strong recommendation.
Currently, Cha Seung Won and Kang Dong Won are under contracts with YG Entertainment, and he is going to make an official comeback in July with new MBC drama 'W.'
Meanwhile, Kang Dong Won and Kim Hee Ae have joined YG Entertainment earlier this year, and Lee Jong Seok's presence will be able to further consolidate YG Entertainment's new actor/actress management business.
