On May 17th, a representative of Mystic Entertainment said, "It is true that Park Si Yeon is in the middle of a lawsuit for her divorce."
The representative went on, "Park Si Yeon made every attempt to make a negotiation, but she could not find the point of compromise. We cannot speak any further about Park Si Yeon's divorce, because it is a private matter."
The representative added, "Please avoid spreading groundless rumors for Park Si Yeon, and also for her young children."
Meanwhile, Park Si Yeon got married back in 2011, and gave birth to two daughters.
