Skye Wheatley has a positive message for all of her Instagram fans.
The former Big Brother star shared a saucy bikini snap and wrote: "Everyone shhhhhh love yourself."
Her self-loving advice comes just weeks after she claimed botched surgery in Thailand left her with "wonky boobs".
"I'll never be able to get my t*ts out with a boy again... I've got less self confidence than ever," she said.
After going from an A-cup and C-cup to a D-cup, the reality TV star was left devasted after the botched procedure.
"I've now got a double bubble in the right one and they're still different sizes - they've just swapped around," she previously revealed to NW.
Despite her self-esteem being shattered, Skye recently shared some positive words with her 266k Instagram followers.
"I AM beautiful I AM intelligent I AM successful and I AM unique," she wrote.
"I've finally realised what I've always known so very well today and that is...that my thoughts become my reality....the amount of negative energy I've been pushing out there lately is mental. Time to be happy my little loves. This sounds soo cheesy I know...but the power is in your hands and your hands only. Literally."
