Zsa Zsa Padilla: It didn't work out

Actress Zsa Zsa Padilla has recently confirmed her breakup with architect fiancé, Conrad Onglao, following reports saying that their engagement has been called off.

As reported on Philstar News, the actress made a short statement regarding the breakup to the media, saying, "We tried. It didn't work out." 

The couple previously planned to tie the knot some time later this year. 

Back in March, Padilla admitted that she would sometimes get paranoid that her wedding will not push through, just like her supposed wedding with comedy king Dolphy a few years back. 

Meanwhile, the actress recently went to visit good friend Kris Aquino at her home, as revealed by the latter on Instagram. 

Aquino posted a photo of Padilla and her two boys, Josh and Bimby, and wrote, "Zsa Zsa Padilla came by to visit. We've been friends for 20 years. We love her. I hold dear to my heart the saying "Friends are the family we got to choose for ourselves."
