Forget the fact that he's the founding member of the Do Bits Society, Love Island's Wes Nelson is ready to talk about why he didn't do bits with Laura Anderson in the villa...
It may feel like a lifetime ago that Wes and Laura were a lovey-dovey couple, but Wes has admitted that despite doing a few bits, he wasn't comfortable going the whole way with Laura.
He spoke to Cosmopolitan UK about why he stopped things from going too far on one specific occasion.
"It wasn't a secret [that I nearly had sex with Laura] – basically, it started and I felt uncomfortable during and I stopped, so it wasn't the full shebang," the 20-year-old said following the show's final.
"It wasn't the full thing. This was when it was early on. I was uncomfortable initially with the cameras and it was quite alien seeing the cameras," he continued.
"So it was uncomfortable and I didn't feel like I was ready to do it at the time. She was ready to do it, I wasn't as ready."
Wes also revealed that because he and Laura seemed quite loved-up early on, he felt pressure as no-one else had come close to sex yet, and everyone was waiting for the first couple to get down to the nitty gritty.
"There was a lot of pressure, and obviously it was a big talking point," Wes continued. "It's supposed to be an intimate moment, and quite private – especially if you're still testing the waters and getting to know someone..."
He joked: "And then I formed the Do Bits Society!"
Wes eventually felt ready enough to do a few bits and bobs with Megan Barton Hanson, which Jack Fincham inadvertently witnessed during one lazy afternoon.
Meanwhile, Laura admitted that she was glad they didn't have sex on TV in the end, and clarified that she definitely didn't do bits with Jack Fowler when they were briefly coupled up.
And although we obviously won't be privy to it, a Do Bits Society WhatsApp is being set up by Josh Denzel for all the male Islanders since leaving the show.
Long live doing bits, guys.
