Buckle up!

Over the past year, Late Late Show host James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke" has become a viral video sensation, and now CBS is giving the beloved segment some primetime attention.

To celebrate Corden's one-year anniversary as host of the late-night talk show, CBS is airing The Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special on Tuesday, March 29 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

The one-hour event will feature an all-new Carpool Karaoke with global superstar Jennifer Lopez, as well as highlights from past segments, plus Corden's favorite moments from his first year hosting.

"I have loved every minute of hosting the Late Late Show. It's been an incredible year," Corden said in a statement. "I look forward to this hour on primetime to look at some of my favorite moments and share a couple of great new ones. I can't wait!"

"We're thrilled with the opportunity to introduce a primetime audience to some of the fun we're having every night after midnight," added Rob Crabbe, executive producer of the Late Late Show. "We can't wait to share our big opening number and to see what James and Jennifer Lopez get into as they Carpool Karaoke to work."

Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey (Photos: Getty Images)

Rumors of a feud between Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey have existed in Internet lore for years. And, like most pop star-on-pop star feuds which appear to exist solely in the minds of fans, it’s the type of thing that the two are constantly having to deny. Twice this week Jennifer Lopez has had to address it and, twice this week, Lopez has denied it.

So here’s how the whole thing went down.

The Beginnings

In the early ‘00s, Mariah Carey was doing an interview with a foreign TV station in which she was asked her opinion about several pop stars. She called Beyoncé “nice” and “a good writer” and then she was asked about Jennifer Lopez. “I don’t know her,” Mariah Carey said. And, immediately, a meme was born.

If you’ve not seen the GIF, you’ve probably not spent a lot of time on the web.

The Aftermath

It is years later; “I don’t know her” has become perhaps the most iconic words to come out of Mariah Carey’s mouth since “all I want for Christmas is you.” It was Andy Cohen, in 2014, who was the first to ask J.Lo directly about the shade of it all.

“I know from back in the day, I’ve read things that she’s said about me that were not the greatest, but we have never met,” Lopez, who is no amateur at delivering a verbal knockout, said. “Like, we don’t know each other. I think it’s kind of from word of mouth of things that have happened in the past that I’m not really aware of.”

Then, last year, Carey was doing an interview with The Cut in which she was asked about gifts she receives from her army of fans, the “Lambs.”

Beau Casper Smart has been dating Jennifer Lopez since 2011, but even after five years together, the actor and choreographer says he doesn’t feel any push to make things more official.

“I’m not feeling any pressure,” Smart told ET on Friday. “We’re happy where we are.”

The 28-year-old actor stars in the upcoming romantic comedy, The Perfect Match, and opened up about what he looks for in his own “perfect match.”

“Honestly, I like someone who is really grounded, super sweet, honest,” Smart said with a smile. “I need them to have a sense of humor. I need them to laugh at what’s funny, I need them to get jokes and be funny and be witty and sarcastic.”

The actor and dancer, who admits he’s “secretly” a romantic at heart, says that Lopez checks all the right boxes for him. The two have even goofed off together in hilarious Dubsmash videos on Smart’s Instagram account.

It seems Jennifer Lopez is not a fan of Ben Affleck’s new ink.

The superstar was put on the spot on American TV show Watch What Happens Live and ended up saying she’s not keen on his back tat.

Jen, who used to be engaged to Ben, said: “It’s awful! What are you doing? His tattoos always have too many colours, they shouldn’t be so colourful. They should be cooler.”

Ben, who has split from his wife Jennifer Garner, first showed off the huge tattoo featuring a large phoenix in December.

Ben and Jen first hooked up on the set of box office flop Gigli in 2002 and spawned the supercouple Bennifer. They planned to tie the knot the following year but he called it off with just days to spare and the couple split shortly after.

Fifty Shades of Grey dominated the winners list at this year’s Razzies with five total nods, including worst actor, worst actress, worst screenplay, worst screen combo and the big winner of the night, worst picture. The 36th annual satirical awards show, honoring Fifty Shades as last year’s “Most Successful Bad Movie,” was held on Feb. 27, the night before the Oscars.

Adam Sandler led the nominations this year but pulled out no wins, competing against fellow worst actor nominees Kevin James, Johnny Depp, Channing Tatum and Jamie Dornan. Dornan won worst actor with Fifty Shades of Grey’s Dakota Johnson as worst actress, their film facing off against Fantastic Four, Jupiter Ascending, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 and Pixels for worst picture, which ended up in a tie between Fifty Shades and Fantastic Four.

Oscar nominee Eddie Redmayne won worst supporting actor “for his hilariously out-of-control performance” in Jupiter Ascending. Worst supporting actress went to Kaley Cuoco for her roles in both Alvin and the Chipmunks 4: Road Chip and The Wedding Ringer.

The Razzie Redeemer Award, which is given to a previous Razzie Award winner who has “gone on to do better work,” this year went to Sylvester Stallone, best supporting actor nominee at the Oscars this year for Creed.

If the naked dress ruled 2015, then it’s already clear that 2016 is all about innovation in the showing skin department. Gigi Hadid, Kylie Jenner, and Jennifer Lopez all stepped out recently in sheer jumpsuits and on Thursday, Jennifer Lawrence wore the next big thing: a naked shirt.

At a charity gala in Beverly Hills, California, the Joy star paired a pair of brown velvet culottes with a mesh statement top. Made from a see-through mesh, the long-sleeved piece was embellished with silver paillettes, artfully (and strategically) arranged. The fashion rule, in general, is to only have one loud piece per outfit, yet Lawrence is far from one to abide by sartorial sanctions. Instead of wearing a simple shoe, she opted for a black stacked sandal from Sophia Webster with a thick, crystal-embellished heel. As far as her beauty look went, she pulled her short blond hair back into a chignon and glowing makeup.

Just days of ahead of the Academy Awards, where Lawrence is nominated for an Oscar for the second time (she took home a gold statuette for Silver Linings Playbook in 2013), she still made time for a cause close to her heart (she recently wrote a blog post airing her grievances for Lena Dunham’s Lenny Letter). The gala, co-hosted by Patricia Arquette and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, celebrated equal pay for women — in the film industry and beyond.

Kelly Clarkson made her emotional return to the American Idol stage on Thursday and reduced the judges to tears with her heartbreaking performance of "Piece by Piece."

The season one Idol champ opened up about the song -- which she wrote about being abandoned by her father as a child -- earlier in the show.

"I actually wrote it pregnant with my little girl and now I'm pregnant with my little boy," she told host Ryan Seacrest. "So if I don't make it through and I start crying, just laugh. It'll make me feel better."

True to her word, the singer became overwhelmed by emotion at the end of the song, having to restart a few lines as she fought back tears. The judges were even more emotional, Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. both welled up, and Keith Urban openly wept at the emotional tune.

The song also brought tears to the eyes of Idol frontrunner, La'Porsha Renae, who Clarkson prematurely declared the winner of the singing competition's final season after her show-stopping performance of Rihanna's "Diamonds."

"If I were you -- which, I wish I were -- every time I opened my mouth to sing, I'd just be like, 'You're welcome.' It's such a talent," Clarkson marveled, telling Renae to "drop the mic" after her performance. "You're gonna win. If you don't win, I don't understand. I love everyone here, but you're so, so blessed."

"There's a beautiful quote that says 'I judge myself not by what I have, but what I'm willing to give,' and what you just gave was just pure humanity," Urban agreed. "It was beautiful."

Pregnant Kelly Clarkson broke down in tears as she made an emotional final return to American Idol. The 33-year-old singer took to the stage to sing Piece By Piece, which was written both about her absent father and as a tribute to her own husband, and was overcome with emotion as she performed on the show that launched her career.

Her deeply moving rendition also touched judges Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez, who listened with tears in their eyes as Kelly struggled to finish the song.
Afterwards, as the crowd chanted her name, Kelly apologised for crying. "I'm pregnant, it's nostalgic. I can't believe it's the last season," she told host Ryan Seacrest. "I am really sorry, I just bawled. I am actually quite proud I made it that far.

"It's such a touching song for me as I wrote it while I was pregnant with my little girl, and now I'm pregnant with my little boy, who I hope comes out very soon!" said the star, who also acted as a guest judge on the night.

It was announced in May that this season of American Idol – the 15th – would be its last. Kelly famously won the first ever series of the show back in 2001, and her performance was a fitting farewell to the singing competition.

J.Lo referred to Max and Emme as the “lights of my life” in the cute Instagram post.

In the snap Jen can be seen cuddling her children as they blow out their birthday candles.

She captioned the post: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE LIGHTS OF MY LIFE. You have brought me nothing but joy and happiness since the very second you were born.

“I am so proud of who you are and the beautiful loving caring people you are growing into. #coconuts8thBirthday. #Iloveyoubeyondforever #maxandemme #February22nd And Thank you everyone for all the beautiful birthday wishes and videos. They are so precious!!”

Naked is the new orange, black, pink, blue, white—you get the point. It’s in! It could be said that Kim Kardashian paved the way for figure-hugging, next-to-nothing apparel (especially on the red carpet), but the truth is that Jennifer Lopez and her glorious curves set fashion down this path many moons ago. At the 2000 Grammy Awards, to be exact.

To kick off New York Fashion week, Kylie did what a Kardashian and/or Jenner does best—wear a next-to-naked ensemble. For the VFiles fall 2016 show, she sat in the frow, supporting her boy Tyga who later performed, dressed in a custom navy blue lace jumpsuit with a high neck, long sleeves and flared legs. Jada Pinkett Smith showed major skin while supporting her husband Will Smith at the Hollywood “Concussion” premiere. The 44-year-old turned heads in a sheer and sparkly Zuhair Murhad dress with a seriously deep neckline. (As if the see-through material wasn’t sexy enough!) Photo: Getty Images

Don’t be fooled by the incredibly busy schedule that she’s got. Jennifer Lopez is finding the time for more Shades of Blue. NBC announced Friday that it has renewed her rookie series for a second season.

The pickup comes after some aggressive time-shifting for the cop drama, which has been a welcome change for the network’s long-troubled 10 p.m. Thursday time slot that Shades of Blue currently occupies. Live-plus-three day returns for the first three episodes have the series averaging a 2.5 rating in adults 18-49 and 11.2 million viewers.

Its latest live-plus-seven day rating has it jumping a whopping 95 percent in the key demo.“We want to thank Jennifer, who is the hardest working woman we know, for her incredible efforts as both the star and producer of this show, as well as well as our other amazing producers and cast for all their tireless work in creating one of the most compelling dramas on television today,” said NBC entertainment president Jennifer Salke. “We’re so excited to find out where this story will lead and have them raise the stakes even higher in what we know will be a fantastic second season.

Shades of Blue, executive produced by Lopez and Idol pal Ryan Seacrest, has a lot of cooks in the proverbial kitchen. It is produced by Universal Television, Nuyorican Productions, EGTV, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Jack Orman Productions.

Big news for Pia Toscano!

The 27-year-old singer, who competed on the 10th season of American Idol, is engaged to Jimmy R.O. Smith.

Toscano opened up about the engagement to ET at Jennifer Lopez’s Vegas show opening at Planet Hollywood, where she revealed J.Lo was kind of instrumental in the couple getting together!

“I met my fiancee through Jennifer,” Toscano said. “We met on the promo tour almost two years ago.”

“Jennifer’s brought a lot into my life,” the singer added.

As it turns out, Toscano and Smith were neighbors!

“We actually lived across the street from each other and didn’t even know,” she explained. “It was all meant to be.”

Well, congratulations to the bride and groom-to-be!

Jennifer Lopez is not ready for the end of this era.

The longtime American Idol judge fought tears on Thursday's episode during a group performance of Clean Bandit's "Rather Be."

"I'm gonna miss Idol," she whispered to fellow judge Harry Connick Jr.

Later, addressing the singers directly, J.Lo explained her surprising reaction.

"While you guys were singing 'There's no place I'd rather be,' I got very emotional because you reminded me how much I love this job and how much I'm really gonna miss Idol," she said, her voice wavering. "I love this whole thing and I love what it does for singers, and I love everything about it. It's been a joy for me to sit here and watch this for so many years. Thank you."

Carrying off an all-bling outfit may be a task too fat fetched for us mortals, but it’s a comparatively common phenomenon for A-list celebrities. If you’re a total Gigi Hadid fangirl like us, you’ve probably laid your eyes on her a platinum gold Micheal Kors jumpsuit that created a major uproar in the sartorial world for her on-point styling. The 20 year old supermodel definitely did a fine job sporting that all over bling ensemble, but you know it’s a little more wow when Jennifer Lopez wears the same outfit at 46! It’s Gigi’s minimalistic accessory approach versus JLo’s all out one- let us know who you think wore it better!a

Hollywood celebrities flock to Tracey Cunningham for the best hair color. (Photos: Getty Images)

When it comes to celebrity hair color, we might as well bow down to Tracey Cunningham. The Los Angeles-based colorist is behind the light-infused strands of many of Hollywood’s best heads of hair. And though she has become particularly known for blondes over the years — among the famous faces to grace her chair at Meche salon are Khloé Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow — Cunningham is also quite the expert with brunettes (Jessica Biel) and redheads (Emma Stone). Below, she speaks about her latest work and what exactly to ask for next time you head to the salon.

Right before Lopez’s hosting duties for the American Music Awards, Cunningham tended to the star’s hair, which was dark because she had been shooting a new show called Shades of Blue. “She landed at like 4 in the morning in L.A.

Khloé Kardashian with blond hair by Tracey Cunningham. (Photo: Getty Images)

Sometimes patience pays off. With Kardashian, Cunningham gradually lightened her hair over the course of a year. “The idea is that when somebody wants to go blonder, you just highlight the dark pieces each time until there aren’t many anymore,” Cunningham explains.

Gwyneth Paltrow at the Goop pop-up opening. (Photo: Getty Images)

Cunningham used to do an overall base color plus highlights for Paltrow, but recently the Goop founder decided to grow it out.

A natural blonde, Stone pulls off red with aplomb thanks to Cunningham’s shimmering color.

Cunningham met Howard through Stone as the two actresses met on The Help. Unlike Stone, Howard is a natural redhead, but she still changes up her color quite a lot.

The glowing new mom is no boring one-color brunette. To achieve Biel’s multidimensional color, Cunningham lowlights her hair with big, thick panels of dark color and then adds fine highlights.

Jennifer Lopez did not disappoint when she hit the stage to begin her Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on Wednesday night.

The 46-year-old entertainer looked half her age as she performed in a nude catsuit with strategically placed Swarovski crystals that accentuated her killer curves.

The sexy, Zuhair Murad costume was similar to that of classic Vegas showgirls, but Lopez chose to have a group of men in suits perform alongside her.

The incredible show also included guest performances by Ja Rule ("I'm Real"), Ne-Yo ("All I Have") and Pitbull ("On the Floor").

"It's just never-ending," Lopez added. "And it's like, 'Are we going to be ready for Wednesday?' I don't know. It feels like were close but we're also not close. But we'll be ready."

You didn’t expect Jennifer Lopez to take over Las Vegas in boring costumes, did you? Oh, no no.

Well, this is one way to grab the attention of show-goers! For the opening bit, “Jenny From the Block” appeared in a Zuhair Murad crystal-encrusted bra and bikini bottoms. (In case you’re wondering, that’s a mesh bodysuit holding all those sparkles in place!) The bedazzled getup was topped off by a Versace belted jacket with Swarovski crystals and white feathers that looked a little like Mark Zuckerberg’s dog. (For realsies.) The top on the creation soon came off… (Photo: Denise Truscello)

…and the mom of two showed some serious skin. How’s that for transparency? (Photo: Getty Images)

She later slipped on a giant white fox fur coat made by Lilly e Violetta. Despite its weight, it didn’t prevent her from doing some serious dancing that was especially appreciated by audience member Rebel Wilson. (Photo: Getty Images)

In her rainbow mini, Lopez connected with some of the guest performers, including Ne-Yo and Ja Rule, both of whom she performed with. (Photo: Splash News)

The Zuhair Murad look got even sexier though when she removed the robe to reveal a crystal adorned corset. Va-va-voom. (Photo: Denise Truscello)

Flower power! At one point, she rocked this itty bitty bodysuit, which was created by Nicolas Jebran. It was covered in Swarovski crystals, which were used liberally in many of her outfits. Another 75,000 Swarovski crystals were used in the set. (Photo: Splash News)

As if all the outfit changes weren’t enough, she did one more to walk the red carpet. All in a night’s work! (Photo: Getty Images)

Who needs a personal assistant when you’re dating Casper Smart? Jennifer Lopez’s boyfriend does it all as we saw last night at the Golden Globes when he delicately held a bottle of water to the Shades of Blue actress’s lips so she could have a sip without messing up her lipstick — or that stunning caped Giambattista Valli gown.

1. The donut deliverer: Even J.Lo, 46, needs her sugar fix and it was Beau, 28, to the rescue. Why bother getting granulated sugar on those perfectly polished paws when someone can hand-feed you instead?

2. The train detangler: Their relationship is complicated — and so are her outfits.

3. The producer: Jennifer’s Smartie helped her get camera-ready before a post-show interview.

4. The chauffeur: Who needs the white glove treatment when you have a tatted boy toy — dressed in white — to do the honors?

5. The photographer: A fan needs a snapshot? No problem! Casper’s the man with the cam, too.

6. The purse transporter: He’ll even help his lady with her handbag.

7. The scarf toter: No, that’s not his scarf, though he does like to accessorize.

8. The escalator assister: Lopez isn’t going to have her stiletto get stuck on Casper’s watch! He offered a steady arm for the superstar to clutch.

9. The booty lifter: And here he acted as a chair for the American Idol judge’s famous fanny, but with good reason. They met when he was her backup dancer, so he really was on her payroll. It’s obvious that catering to La Lopez is a hard habit to break!
