Considering the volume of tween screaming, sleeping through a One Direction concert is no small feat. But for 7-year-old Lacey Yorston, it was a very real nightmare.
Yorston suffers from a mysterious sleeping condition which causes her to fall asleep at unlikely times – like a One Direction concert.
The 1D superfan had been waiting a year to see the boy band after receiving tickets for her birthday in 2014. Unfortunately, she has no memory of their U.K. show in Newcastle this past Sunday.
Yorston’s mother Ashley told the local newspaper, The Shields Gazette, about the incident, saying: “She missed it all and didn’t even wake up in the taxi on the way home…[the next morning] she still had her little face painted…and all she said was ‘I fell asleep didn’t I?’”
