Demi Moore made an unannounced appearance at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday night, presenting the award for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture. And it seems like her presence at the event might’ve caught her by surprise as well, considering the actress, who would typically have her choice of new designer ensembles, pulled a dress from the back of her closet — like way back.

Just as bewildered by the gown’s cameo was its designer, Zac Posen, who created the piece in 2003. Thirteen years later and the number still fits her like a glove, showing off her enviable figure. “What a wonderful surprise for me to see my pal #DemiMoore wearing her own vintage #ZacPosen gown from my second collection many moons ago while presenting at the #SagAwards tonight,” he shared on Instagram upon seeing the piece again
