The "Ex's & Oh's" singer announced on Instagram on Sunday that her longtime boyfriend, Fergie, popped the question.
"Fergie asked me to marry him on a sailboat under the Golden Gate Bridge," Elle wrote in the caption to a pic of her and Fergie sailing off the coast of San Francisco. "I said yes."
Later that night, Elle and Fergie walked the red carpet at the Rolling Stone pre-Super Bowl party in San Francisco. Elle shared a red carpet pic where the 26-year-old officially referred to Fergie as her fiancé for the first time.
