When Justin Bieber uploaded a photo of himself and Hailey Baldwin snogging the face of one another, we kind of assumed that they were definitely in a relationship.
However, Hailey’s father Stephen Baldwin has now claimed that the two stars are just friends - even though he does approve of his daughter dating the Biebs.
When asked if he was happy of Hailey and Justin’s relationship, the actor replied: “Absolutely - but there’s no label on it, just friends.
“Mr. Bieber is a wonderful young man, hugely talented, got a lot more success ahead of him.”
Stephen was then asked if he would want Justin to ask his permission before he asked for Hailey’s hand in marriage, to which the 49-year-old laughed and told TMZ: “We’re far away from that.”
It was revealed last week that Stephen was actually the one to introduce Justin and Hailey to one another, with an old video surfacing of fifteen-year-old Bieber shaking thirteen-year-old Hailey’s hand after Stephen told him that they’re both big fans of his music.
