Akshay Kumar, who has always expressed his contempt for film award events, recently made us guffaw with his statement on what made him agree to play the antagonist in upcoming South flick Robot 2, which stars South superstar Rajinikanth.
When asked as to what made him give his nod to the negative role in Robot 2, the Khiladi quipped with a wicked chuckle that there is no lobbying when it comes to awards for negative roles, which is what tempted him to do the film. Reportedly, Akki will play an android, who clashes with Rajinikanth's character.
As far as Bollywood is concerned, Akshay will be next seen playing an Indian Navy officer in Rustom.
