The producers of the critically-acclaimed biopic, "Heneral Luna", has expressed frustration over the illegal showing of the movie in Laguna recently.
As reported on Push News, the company, Artikulo Uno, released a statement saying that the Laguna Governor, Ramil Hernandez, has made an unauthorised public screening of the John Arcilla-starrer, and another historical film, "Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo", back on 1 and 2 March at the Cultural Centre of Laguna.
The governor had also published a poster for the event on his Instagram account, which even stated that the two shows have a "free admission".
Artikulo Uno stated that nobody from the Governor's office had contacted or approached them for permission to hold the screening prior to the event.
