The TV presenter tied the knot to the personal trainer last August, but beforehand she had taken a public vow of celibacy - abstaining from sex - and effectively given up on finding Mr Right.
She told OK! Online: “Married life is amazing. It was worth waiting for.
"I was celibate for five years before I met James, and that was worth every minute. I recommend holding out for The One, because it worked for me.”

The 37-year-old body builder thought James was “crazy” when he first declared his love for her, and admits she didn’t think she’d ever find a guy who “had the balls” to put up with her.
She added: “When you meet your soulmate, everything clicks into place, and I really do love him. He’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a man, and everything I thought never existed as well.
