Kourtney, Khloé and Kim Kardashian are reportedly being sued in a $180million lawsuit regarding their Kardashian Beauty line. Hillair Capital Management, the investment firm behind the beauty range, have claimed that the three sisters did not do enough to promote the products as had been agreed.
In court documents obtained by TMZ the investment firm, which took over the line in 2014, claims that when it initially agreed to invest in the line "after former distributor, Boldface, went belly up amidst legal and financial troubles".
The company reportedly agreed to fund the range in exchange for the three sisters continuing to "promote, market and support the line".
"The essence of the parties' bargain was that Hillair would put up millions of dollars to fund the continued distribution of the Kardashians' line, and the Kardashians would continue to be the faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line," read the records.
