On March 29 at 6pm (local time), the music award glamorously held in Guangzhou, China. Kangta received Hallyu (Korean wave) culture propagation achievement award and SHINee received best Asian group award and proved their great popularity in China.
The award, which is held by Chinese leading music web site called Kugou, awarded artists who had various activities in the general music related area. Along with Kangta and SHINee, Deng Zi Qi, Zhang Jie, Wei Chen, Hua Chen Yu, Wang Xin Ling, Xue Zhi Qian and other famous Chinese celebrities participated in the award. Tencent, People Daily, Myth Daily, Nanfang Metropolis Daily, Nanfang Daily, Youku, Tudou, LeTV, PPTV and other local media gathered at the award and competed to cover the event.
In addition, the award live broadcasted through Chinese video platforms such as Kugou, Fanxing, LeTV, Mango TV, Youku and Tudou and attracted netizens’ attention. The event will be broadcasted all over China through Hubei Satellite TV and it is expected to receive an enthusiastic response from the local fans.
