As reported on Mingpao News, the singer-songwriter, who is set to release her English album "Stone Cafe" soon, disclosed in an interview recently that mummy Faye is the kind of person who would set a rule but would always be direct when her children went against it.
"When I was 16, she set the curfew at 10pm. I was only a minute late, and yet I received a note from her, saying "You're late!"," said Leah.
She admitted to be very respectful of her mother, and that there has never been a conflict between them.
"When I was 15, I wanted a tattoo on my shoulder. When I told her, she responded, "You cannot regret that."
Leah stated that she and Faye would always communicate with each other via social media when she was studying in the US, and that although she would occasionally send the singer flowers, she never said I love you to her.
