Mis-Teeq AND Liberty X Both Set To Reform

The early 00s kid in us who’s been yearning for more pop group reunions since some genius dreamt up The Big Reunion is jumping for joy today, as it looks like both Liberty X and Mis-Teeq are set to reform.

As long as that doesn’t mean we have to dig out our old, cringeworthy 2000s outfits, we’re more than Just A Little happy about this.

Liberty X first, who were recently on-hand to support Kevin Simm as he was crowned the winner of The Voice UK 2016 - the last series to appear on the BBC.

The group have reunited a couple of times since their 2007 split, but after Kevin’s win, they believe things will be different.

Speaking to The Sun, Michelle Heaton said: “We have gigs in the pipeline and we’re actually doing Birmingham Gay Pride in a few weeks time. Kevin will be performing with us still.

“We haven’t released music in a while. I can see us doing a lot more with Kevin now.”

A source is also claiming that Alesha Dixon, who previously hinted that she’d love a Mis-Teeq reunion after they split back in 2005, is meeting her former bandmates Su-Elise Nash and Sabrina Washington next month to talk about reforming.
