Hong Kong actress-turned-businesswoman Myolie Wu may already have a booming business in Hong Kong in the likes of her bridal boutique KEVOLIE that she shares with business partner and designer Kev Yiu. But having one, she said, is not enough.
As reported on On CC News, the actress, who has just returned from her two-month long honeymoon with husband Philip Lee, stated that she hopes to expand KEVOLIE even further, starting with mainland China.
"Our goal is to open up a branch in mainland China, and we hope that it will happen this year. We have already started scouting locations," she said.
Myolie stated that KEVOLIE, whose recent clients include TVB actress Linda Chung, has a primary mission – that is to please their customers and let them see how different the boutique is from their rivals.
"Every dress is designed specifically by our designer, so it's one of a kind. Customers can also make special requests because the dresses are custom made," she said.
However, although she is set to make her mark in the business world, Myolie assured that she will still continue her career as an actress and revealed that she is to travel to mainland China soon for a movie project.
