Tamra Judge’s fitness game is strong, literally.
The 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star has been putting in some serious overtime at the gym to prep for the Orange County Musclemania Fitness Competition on May 28. Over the past few weeks, she has shared countless videos of her intense workouts with trainer Mia Finnegan and she recently posted a snapshot of her ripped bikini bod to Instagram.
"@mia_finnegan teaching me how to walk and pose on stage today. SUCKED! Harder than working out!“ she captioned the shot. "I’m so proud of my progress but not exactly where I need to be yet. Still sculpting and reducing body fat."
Tamra, who owns the gym Cut Fitness with her husband, Eddie, also shared her daily food diary on Facebook. The mom of four — and grandmother of one — starts her day with Cream of Rice with berries and four egg whites, snacks on bell peppers and hummus, downs chicken and brown rice with green onions and a side of berries for lunch, nibbles on mixed nuts, and grills up some shrimp and veggies for dinner. #RHOC
