According to IB Times, the 24-year-old singer, whose real name is Zhang Yixing, was rushed to the hospital following the incident, which occurred while he was on his way to the restroom following his previous complaints about health condition.
Sources claimed that Lay was suffering from a severe case of food poisoning, as he was visibly pale and looking quite weak during filming.
This is the second time the singer was involved in an incident that warrant a trip to the hospital. He was previously hospitalised after injuring his back in a bike accident during the filming of "Old Nine Gates".
On the other hand, another report stated that the singer's collapse was caused by exhaustion, since he was involved in a lot of activities prior to filming the show and didn't have a lot to eat before filming.
