Justin Bieber Is Being Sued For $100,000 After Destroying Somebody's Phone

Robert Earl Morgan is suing superstar Justin Bieber for a whopping $100,000 after Biebs allegedly destroyed his mobile phone when he tried to film the star chugging beer at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month.

Sigh, it feels like barely a month goes by without some kind of Justin-related drama, doesn’t it?

According to TMZ, Robert’s legal files claim that Justin became “enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces” with the prosecution suing for such a large amount of money because the phone contained irreplaceable photos and Robert also lost a number of business contacts when the phone was destroyed.

Justin has not commented on the allegations and is yet to respond to Robert’s lawsuit, but it hasn’t been that great a week for the singer with this blow coming just days after the late Prince slammed Justin in a never-before-seen interview.

Ranting about ‘celebs these days’ the iconic singer said in a 2014 Q&A with Rolling Stone magazine: “You’re trying to find the personality first, make sure you’ve got that locked in.

"And it’s better if they got scandal on 'em or a reality show or sex tape. And they have it down to an art. They’re getting street cred for Justin Bieber now!”
