Nobody was happier with Wallace Huo's recent relationship news than his own mother.
As reported on Phoenix News, the actor's mother, who admitted that she has always liked Ruby, stated that she was surprised upon hearing the news, and joked that his son has failed to tell her about it.
"I am not sure about their relationship. But if it's true, that's good news," she said.
Mrs. Huo admitted that she always encouraged her son to find love, since he was always too focused on his career.
"But in fact, I told myself that I will respect his choice if he decides not to get married, as long as he is happy," she said.
Mrs. Huo also disclosed that she has met Ruby a few years ago when Wallace brought the actress to dinner with them.
"I think she's a good girl. She was very easy-going. I believe my son realises that too," she said.
When asked whether she accepts their relationship, Mrs. Huo expressed, "They're not getting younger. They should just get married!"
