We Want the Hrithik-Kangana Rivalry to End: Akshay Kumar

As we all know,  Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut have been embroiled in an ugly feud since the last few months. A lot has already been written about it and the rivalry has also created a buzz amongst fans as well as members of the film fraternity. During a recently held launch of the Taang Uthake number from Housefull 3, Akshay Kumar was asked to give his take on the controversy. Replying to this query the superstar stressed that he wanted the feud to end.

“We want it to end. The media is having a field day. Let’s hope it gets over soon” he added.

On a lighter note, Akki stated that as he and Hrithik lived in the same building he felt as if the feud  was taking place in his building itself. 


Interestingly, the Hrithik-Kangana rivalry began when during an exclusive interaction with Pinkvilla, the Queen star referred to a certain “Silly ex”.

As far as Housefull 3 is concerned, it is touted to be a comedy and has been directed by Sajid-Farhad. Besides Akshay, it also features Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead.
