Actress Zara Zya has expressed her desire to play a more challenging or heavier role as she doesn't want to be stereotyped into playing the same roles.
"As an actress, I obviously would want different roles to showcase my skill set. I am waiting for offers to play more challenging roles like one with a mental disability or one who is mean."
"However, what I can say now is that the market today wants roles which are 'sweet' or 'romantic," she was quoted as saying in Harian Metro.
Zara or Zainurul Razia Bte Mohd Zainuddin also thanked everyone for their support and praise over her acting, especially veteran actress Ogy Ahmad Daud who had mentioned her as one of the best actresses out there.
The "Rembat" actress said that the praise had motivated her to keep working hard and to provide her best for each one of her projects.
At the same time, Zara will also ensure that her name will keep staying relevant as an actress.
