Jennifer Love Hewitt, $5 million
Though she hasn't quite done it yet, Jennifer Love Hewitt already has a mutli-million-dollar amount in mind when it comes to insuring her ample chest, which has been prominently featured lately thanks to her role as a call girl in Lifetime's "The Client List." "I need, like, an insurance invitation. If somebody was like, 'Hey, you know what? We would like to insure your boobs for $2.5 million dollars,' I'd be like, 'Do it. Love it! Why not?'" she told USA Today recently of her 36C-size breasts. "These things right here are worth $5 million!"

Madonna, $2 million
With a name like the Material Girl, you know Madonna is concerned about her best assets, so it's no surprise she (reportedly) had her breasts insured for $2 million.

Holly Madison, $1 million
She's got a million-dollar bod, so former Playboy Playmate decided to take out a million-dollar policy on her breasts last year, when she was still performing in the Vegas production "Peepshow." "I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, 'Why not?', because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars," she told People magazine in September 2011. Well, turns out she did have to leave the show due to changes to her body ... the 33-year-old just gave birth to a baby girl last month. But sorry, Holly. We doubt the policy will pay out for pregnancy.

Tina Turner. $790,000
Tina Turner made headlines decades ago when she got her famous legs insured for $3.2 million. (And who can blame her? Those gams have stolen the show more than once over the years during her stage acts.) But the now-73-year-old also had her breasts insured for about a quarter of the cost of her leg insurance: $790,000.

Dolly Parton, $600,000
Did you have any doubt Dolly Parton would be on this list? The shocking part is that the country singer only insured her most famous accessories for $600,000. But maybe the insurance market was more reasonable back when she took out the policy? "I haven't had to have that done in years," Parton said of plastic surgery procedures during a Nightline interview last year, "and my girls are going pretty good."
