Angelina Jolie and Jack Black got onto the subject of raising their children while out promoting their new family-friendly movie Kung Fu Panda 3 recently. The two Hollywood stars swapped stories during an interview with People magazine, and discussed whether or not they would let their children watch their R-rated films.
"You think the kids know nothing, and then you find out they're like, 'Oh yeah, seen it'," Angelina – mum to Maddox, 14, Pax, 12, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, nine, and seven-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – commented to her co-star.
Jack, 46, replied that while his two sons, Samuel, nine, and seven-year-old Thomas, love the Kung Fu Panda movies, "They are a little weirded out that I'm in them.
"They haven't seen any of my movies except Kung Fu Panda. I don't like to say, 'Hey, you have to see School of Rock'," he said, adding that for the time being he doesn't want them to watch any of his R-rated films. "I don't think they're ready for The Pick of Destiny… But someday they probably will be."
