Sonam Kapoor, who will be next seen playing slain air hostess Neerja Bhanot in Neerja, is quite excited about playing the character and we heard recently that she also slashed her fees for the film.
Ace lensman Atul Kasbekar, who has turned producer with this film, confirmed the news and added that Sonam reduced her fees to keep the film under budget. Kasbekar added that had Sonam not slashed her fees, it would not have been possible to make the film. We had also recently reported that Neerja's family did not charge the makers anything for the rights to Neerja's story.
