Jonathan Cheban has always been known for being Kim Kardashian’s best friend, with the 41-year-old regularly appearing in the star’s hit TV show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’.
However, when Jonathan appeared in Celebrity Big Brother last month, he won people over for being himself and everybody got to see the real Jonathan away from Kim and her famous family.
And one thing’s for sure: he’s a sassy one.
After sensationally walking from the house less than one week after entering, Jonathan has returned to America and had a good ol’ chinwag about his BFF - dubbing her the Marilyn Monroe of this generation.
Speaking in a new interview, Jonathan explained: “When you are best friends with the most famous girl in the world, it’s like being best friends with Marilyn [Monroe]. People are infatuated and obsessed.
"Everyone wants to be like Kim even if they aren’t gorgeous. They will try in their own version to dress like her.”
He went on to defend the mum-of-two from the haters who claim that she doesn’t “do anything”, ranting to New You magazine: “She’s a TV star. This also drives me nuts about people saying, 'Why is she famous?’ If you have a TV show for 20 seasons in 180 countries, you would be famous as well, but you do not.”
